Uudempi 2350 SQ FT Townhouse yksityinen, lähellä keskustaa, näkymät rinteelle, ilmastointi

Tämä talo on 5 vuotta vanha, mutta näyttää uudelta, koska se on ollut kevyesti käytetty lomakoti.

Kukkulan päällä sijaitsevassa talon jokaisessa ikkunassa on kuva-postikortti. Tämä ominaisuus on kohde sinänsä. Et koskaan väsytä tämän asetuksen kauneutta. Talo itsessään on tilava (2300 neliöjalkaa) koti, joka on rakennettu neljälle tasolle:
Taso 1: Makuuhuone / kylpy on itsessään alemmalla tasolla, ja siinä on king-vuode ja futon, joka tekee täyden sängyn. Siinä on katettu terassi, jossa istuin ja pöytä.
Taso 2: Lähtötasolla on jauhehuone ja vaatekaappi
Taso 3: Keittiö ja suuri huone, jolla on iso katettu terassi.
Taso 4: Ylimmällä tasolla on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone ja pesutupa.

Kaksi suurta katettua terassia ovat ihania ulkona istumiseen tai ruokailuun. Yläosassa on BBQ-grilli sekä pöytä ja tuolit ruokailuun. Takat ovat sekä makuuhuoneessa että suuressa huoneessa.

Portaat ovat matolla ja lapsiystävällisiä. Yläpatio on 23 jalkaa maanpinnan yläpuolella, josta on upeat näkymät. Patio on kaiteellinen, mutta lapsille, jotka haluavat kiivetä kaiteiden yli, se voi olla vaara, joten ota huomioon.

The Best!

The photos of this home do not do it justice! It’s bigger and even more cozy in person. It had everything my family of 5 needed. The homeowner, Greg, was very gracious, accommodating and available anytime. The home was very quiet and perfect being in a cul-de-sac. We have 3 children and one of which is a toddler. We felt so safe letting the kids play outside. Everything is so close, shopping, sledding, restaurants and downtown. Yet quiet and far enough away. We will definitely be back!!

Winter Wonderland

We had such a wonderful experience at Greg’s townhome! Our kids had a blast playing in the snow and sledding down the hill in the cul de sac. The home is centrally located 10 min from downtown, target etc. The owner Greg is such a pleasure, he met us at the house to give a tour and answered all questions we had. Christmas Getaway

The townhouse was very comfortable, roomy and well-equipped. The location was convenient to everything. Greg, the owner, was very accommodating and quick to respond, even on Christmas Day! Despite being in a townhouse community we felt the views were great, being surrounded by pine trees, and were on a cul-de-sac with only one other unit. It was quiet and peaceful. We would certainly return for future visits to Flagstaff. We got to experience snow and sledding with grandkids which topped off our Christmas vacation! Thanks Greg for a delightful stay!

Love this townhome!

This was our second booking at this wonderful townhome! We were busy with graduation and trips to nearby Sedona and Grand Canyon. Free time was spent just relaxing with family in this incredibly nice townhome. The home is impeccably clean and comfortable. Greg, the owner, is very responsive and makes check in very easy. We certainly hope we can stay here again next time we visit Flagstaff. Thank you Greg!

Immaculately Clean House Centrally Located

We found this rental to be very clean, in a quiet area, and very centrally located to Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sedona, etc. The owner was very responsive and this was a great place to rest up between day trips!!

The place is beautiful, and the owner takes good care of it. There is occasionally noise in the early morning (e.g., leaf blowers and garbage trucks), but otherwise it’s a really nice stay.

Lovely Townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed the home! It's lovely inside, clean, lots of light, well-stocked, beautiful furnishings, cozy and comfortable beds, it had everything we needed for a great vacation! It's also in a quiet area, but not secluded, and it was close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access for trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, all the fun excursions. Greg, the owner, is wonderful! We are from Oregon, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Arizona. It was a wonderful home away from home! Five Stars. Norm and Linda

Nice property in an optimum location

We came up for spring break from Chandler. We chose the place because it was very close to downtown Flagstaff. The rear entrance road is almost a straight shot to downtown. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the unit is. It seemed larger than the pictures suggested. It was very clean, quiet and furnished exceptionally well. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful townhouse. I would call it luxury living.

Great place. I was originally looking at hotels then decided to check out vrbo. Came across this property and the decision was a no brainer. You get a luxury 3 bedroom townhouse with full kitchen , 2 1/2 baths , laundry and living room for the same price as one room hotel room. This property is very well done and comes with everything. Beautiful home away from home!

This home was perfect for 3 middle aged couples enjoying the holidays in the mountains. It was hard finding 3 bedrooms all with at least queen beds and at least 2 bathrooms that was available to rent. And we found it here! Even had an extra 1/2 bath! I am a meticulously clean person. My husband laughed when I told him I looked for something dirty and just couldn’t find it. This house was spotless! The master bedroom/bathroom was huge with a king bed. All the beds were comfortable. Everything was in good working order. We are excited that this house also has A/C. We hope to use it some time in the summer. Very close proximity to downtown. Our Uber ride for an XL was @$10. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely save this house as our favorite! Thanks Greg!

Wooded retreat close to town

Wonderful townhouse! Spacious, beautifully decorated. Top of the line appliances. All very clean and well maintained. Greg and Judie are gracious hosts and sincerely interested in making sure their guests have a good stay. They keep the townhouse well stocked with all the basics. The location is great. Quiet and wooded, yet only 2.5 miles from the center of downtown. Easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent it again.

loveliest townhouse ever

We were very pleased with the three-story townhouse. It's close to the university and the Radison Mansion and grocery stores like Sprouts and Target, but it's sitting in a quiet community. It was clean and equipped up to date. You can find pretty much anything you might need including cookware, grill, and even seasonings. I even found skincare and women products in the restrooms. The owner of the house was very thoughtful. Besides magazines and DVDs for adults, he prepared picture books for kids, too. Before we set out, he asked about the temperature we would want indoors and warmed it up before we arrived. We had a great time there and the kids just loved the cute house. We felt grateful that we decided to stay in this property, and we hope to have the chance to come back next time.

Beautiful flawless rental

This rental property was perfect in every way. We were in Flagstaff for a gradation ceremony from NAU. The home was approximately 5 minutes from the graduation facility. The home is nicely furnished and has very nice linens. (important to me !) The owner is extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Flagstaff.

Amazing house!

This house is so spacious and well cared for. Beautiful location, views and interior decor. The kitchen was so well stocked that we ended up cooking more than we had planned. Greg was an awesome host and made sure that if we had any issues he was just a text away. House was clean and beds very very comfy. Can’t think of anything more to improve this house. Close to all Flagstaff has to offer. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Greg!

Wonderful, clean, new home among the trees in a small community near Flagstaff. Greg is great!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this home just outside of Flagstaff. Greg the owner was great. The home was nicely furnished and seemed to have one of everything you needed in the kitchen, down to the ketchup and mustard and coffee and filters. We were able to cook both breakfast and dinners while there. As a tri-level, our daughters had not only their own rooms, but their own floor. They were in Heaven! My wife and I enjoyed the bottom floor master suite which always seemed to cool off to just the right temperature by leaving the sliding glass door onto the private balcony open at night. (We stayed in July.) If you own a sports car, make sure you pull into the driveway at an angle. We learned that Mid July to Mid August is monsoon season in Flagstaff. Our weather was awesome, although we did end up underneath 2 thunderheads while we were there. If that happens to you, just wait an hour and the rain will move on through. Flagstaff is a great home base to explore from. Grand Canyon is a must, but Sedona is equally awesome. You can also get to great places like Antelope Valley (Book your tour 6+ months ahead of time), Monument Valley, and Meteor Crater. We would happily stay here again! Thanks Greg!

Excellent property, Great location

This was a wonderful experience. This beautiful property is well appointed with all the amenities. It is centrally located to everything in Flagstaff and served as a great home base for enjoying all northern Arizona has to offer including the south rim of the Grand Canyon, Sedona and all the nearby national parks and national monuments. The owners were accessible and very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend!

A beautiful property on a hill top site.

We really enjoyed this beautiful, spacious and well-appointed home. This relatively new trilevel home had a fresh look and was very clean. From the two balconies, you look down in to pines and down the hill to the developments main entrance, ah the smell of pines. Greg the property owner was always helpful and prompt with any issues we had. Near the NAU campus there is easy access to Flagstaff and the freeways though a GPS is recommended as the routs in and out are a bit winding. A must stay for my family next time we are in Flagstaff.
