Escape to Flagstaff and be welcomed by this serene modern remodeled home sitting on the corner, looking across the street to a large family friendly park with playground.
This is the neighborhood you want to stay in when visiting Flagstaff. Walk outside your door and into the trees, to hike and bike miles of forest trails or sleigh ride with other families at the park. At home you can relax in the fully fenced, resort style backyard. Lounge in the brand new outdoor sectional tucked under the trees inside the Gazebo. End you days gathered around the firepit table making memories.

Our family of 5 had a great time at this lovely property. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The yard is great with comfortable seating, a grill and heater. The location was convenient with a park across the street and trails for hiking. It was also a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and downtown. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend it.

This was a very nice house, plenty of room for the two of us and right across the street from numerous walking trails, which was a big plus. Getting downtown was just a few minutes away by car. Tammara and Brian were always prompt and courteous whenever we had a question. The house was well stocked with dishes, cleaners, basic condiments, and other everyday supplies that make things easier. The check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommended!

VERY COMFORTABLE- COOLER THAN HOME

20 Plus degrees cooler than Phoenix, what a relaxing and cool 4th of July extended weekend. Really enjoyed the cool evenings, walked to the Airport twice (about 2 plus miles one way), could not have walked that distance in Phoenix. Nice set up in back yard to relax with Family. And park across the street from the Home (many families would drive and park across the street to enjoy the park. Property owner was very responsive to all communications. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

This property is by far the best vrbo experience we have ever had. The home was exactly that,a home. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need. Brian and Tammara were excellent hosts! I would highly recommend this rental if you want great accommodations.

Great Stay

Great place to stay. Clean, neat and close to everything. Perfect home base from which to tour Northern Arizona. Host was easily accessible, and hospitable. Even provided additional niceties like coffee, shampoo, soap to make guests feel perfectly at home. Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful home near park!

We spent the weekend in Flagstaff celebrating a birthday by relaxing and visiting Antelope Slot Canyon and hiking. This home was perfect in every way! It is situated across the street from a lovely park with walking paths throughout the neighborhood. The area was quiet, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Southwest get away

This house was just perfect for our vacation. Location was ideal- close to highway and stores. Park across the street was great for walking. Deck was a nice place to sit and relax. House was just as it was described. Owners we informative and helpful. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Perfect for family and friends.

Our host thought of everything and the property and location are perfect. The back yard is set up for relaxing around the fire pit or lounging under the pergola. Plenty is spaces to spread out. We used this beautiful home as the base for day trips to them Grand Canyon and Sedona. The park just across the street has easy paved walkways that are good for all all ages and a well designed play area for the kids. The master suite was on the main level so no stairs. The master shower is large and the rain head felt great after a long day of walking. We’ll be back.

Incredibly Lovely

The home was beautiful, very clean, super comfortable and situated in a gorgeous neighborhood that was so very quiet and peaceful. The owners have supplied the home in a very thoughtful way, from kitchen to bath, bedrooms and laundry. You could leave home with just your toothbrush and underoos and be very comfortable here. Do not hesitate to book it. We are fortunate to have had an opportunity to stay there. This home will be permanently on our return list.

Great family home close to NAU

We were two groups of NAU parents visiting for Family weekend. The house was very cozy, spacious, and clean with a nice backyard. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again when we return to Flagstaff.
