”We came from Phoenix metro area to spend a couple weeks or so out of the heat. Property was exceptionally clean and well presented. Host was outstanding. We stayed almost 2 weeks and if we needed something or had any questions, host was on top of it. We asked for a pod coffee maker and the toaster wasn't working right, and host came right over in under an hour with new ones. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Also, grill worked great! Fantastic washer/dryer. Nice little...

”Great property! Just enough room for us to be very comfortable. Stayed for 2 weeks with our dog and had no issues! We liked it so much we booked it for a month next summer. The location was great and we saw lots of deer and even an elk cow and her baby! Looking forward to returning here! Communication with the host was excellent also!”

”Great rental in Flagstaff and conveniently located near the downtown area. The property was clean, well taken care of and had plenty of room for the four of us. The host was very good with communication and kept us informed of a significant weather event that was coming in at the end of stay.”

”Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??”
