”The hotel is new and clean. Our room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located and breakfast was ok. The issue was the traffic noise (especially during the weekend), which bothered us even with ear plugs. There was also an unknown issue: it felt like someone was using the washer with a highspeed spin. We felt the shaking in the beds and while standing. The polite receptionist was willing to change our rooms but we stayed due to too much hassle for us. ”
”Our first time at Little America Flagstaff and now we won’t stay anywhere else! Heads and tails above the other places I have stayed over the past 20 years of visiting Flagstaff. Very clean, very comfortable, wonderful stay!”

”We have stayed in Flagstaff 4-5 times in the last 18 months. We usually stay at another chain down the road. We will be coming back to the Comfort Inn.
The staff was so kind and friendly, we loved the breakfast and location. My favorite part was the cozy great room when you wanted to socialize with your family but not be sitting on beds.
Great value for the price even being family weekend. ”

The room was very clean, and there was a rain shower head in the bathroom.”
”This hotel is very clean and well kept up. There are no closets in the rooms, just hangers on the wall. However, the charges for the rooms are very reasonable for the value you receive. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The internet worked very well, but it is a college town, so I expected that. I've stayed at lots of Best Western Hotels, but this is the only one that did not provide a breakfast buffet included. I would have appreciated that. Great service otherwise!”

”Your staff was outstanding! From the lobby staff to housekeeping, they had great customer service skills. And it helps that the ladies at the front desk are all good-looking! ”
”Front desk staff and maintenance were great. Needed a screen door and one was brought up and installed. Room was great, only complaint is it's close to railroad. Gets noisy at times. Still had a great time.”
”Although not a new hotel, it was generally in good condition. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was perhaps the main area for improvement.
We did not have any food or drinks at the hotel.
We did catch an Uber to Downtown and back on a Thursday evening and both trips were less than $10.
We last visited three years ago and would happily stay again if we were in the area.”
”We LOVE these hotels. The only complaint is when i called a few days before check in to make sure everything was good to go we asked about a crib. They said its a pack n play and that she would put it down. When we got here they said they only had one and it was already in use. If i would have been told that when i called we would have brought ours. The only thing that made it ok is the fact that we got a king size bed.”
