1. Robin's Roost- Tiny house with a hot tub and bluff views

Flat Rock

”We were attending a wedding in North Alabama and decided to make it a weekend getaway (we’re from Columbus,GA). We found the Robin’s Roost after considerable searching. It was a 15-minute drive from the venue, came in at a very reasonable price, and for the two of us, a tiny house made perfect sense. We were not disappointed at all!Robin’s Roost was perfect! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed (we brought gear it turned out we didn’t need). It’s a tiny house, but very comfy...

”This was an amazing property. Everything was clean and inviting. Our kitchen had everything we could possibly need. They left a notebook with recommendations and instructions. Our dogs transitioned well and loved to walk around the lake. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Our only issue was the hard mattress. Neither of us could sleep on that. I suggest taking something cushy, like a thick sleeping bag. ”

”Place is really cool and unique. There are actually a lot more and better pictures on the "other" platform to get a better idea of the place. Be aware if you are older, the king is on a platform, so you kind of roll/crawl out of it... but worth it for the atmosphere of the master. All the decorations were tasteful and not overly over-the-top, which I liked. Kids, especially little girls I would think would love the upstairs. Great house. She has several other themed house I want to try as well...

”Couldn’t find the address sent by VRBO; host was quick to respond and assist. Property was clean, fantastically decorated to theme, directions clear, cute local shop on site, animals to feed on site, scavenger hunts available. ”Great property. The pictures are exactly what you get. I would say that the living room is a little small for 5-6 people. So, we hung out in the primary bedroom to watch a movie all together on the night it rained. Also, be prepared to have a few bugs visit during your stay. The host left bug spray and a write up about it, but it was still annoying to have to spray and kill spiders and ants while on a vacay.”

”This property was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, well appointed and cozy. Loved the out of the city rural feel to this wooded property. Loved the quietness. No slamming doors or loud occupants like in a hotel to interrupt sleeping. Ruby, our contact person, went out of her way to accommodate us. Any need was quickly addressed from extra linens and a drip coffee maker so I could make my special coffee I wanted to bring. The snacks awaiting us when we arrived. Points on the complimentary...
