”The Francis is charming and very comfortable. It looks as pretty and fresh in person as it does online. We appreciated the decor and thoughtful details such as a basket of cozy throws by the sofa, earplugs (if needed), comfortable beds and pillows, room-darkening drapes, and complimentary bath gel and shampoo. The location is close to Round Top which was our purpose for visiting. We look forward to future stays!”

”This is an absolute incredibly beautiful home on the inside and out. The host communicates very well both before during and after the trip. My husband myself and our dog had the absolute best time. Whether you are going with a family or just to stay for a quick weekend getaway, The cowboy pool is so wonderful as are the hammocks. Being surrounded by nature and the beautiful trees is the perfect way to relax. Whether you stay for one night or many, you feel at home when you walk in the door.”

”This was exactly what we needed. A quiet, calm, relaxed 4 days in paradise. The home is spacious, clean,and very well-appointed. We lacked for NOTHING. We were here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we will be back in November for mine. James is an amazing host and responded to our one request within hours. If we had the money, we would buy this place to live in. FYI, our golden retriever, Angel, finally had a chance to roam around without a leash and loved every second! I can't praise...
