”The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel”

”Front desk was great and when my hairdryer died, they got me a new one pretty quickly as well as fresh towels. Bar restaurant was nice however I thought the food was a little over priced for the quantity and quality”

”We enjoyed our stay immensely! We are frequent travelers to Providence to attend shows at the PPAC. This is our first time at this hotel, but it won’t be our last. We love the location, as well as the friendly, professional staff. The room was immaculate. The property was undergoing major renovations while we were there, but that was fine. We look forward to returning to the Hilton when it is fully renovated!”

”Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

”Sorry I picked this property. Lots of unrepaired damage in the room and no idea when the floor last had a cleaning; wiped up a little water I spilled and the paper towel was black! Boom box upstairs was going till after 1:00 am, no one in office to complain to.”

”The room was great I had two queen beds. The bathroom was very big and had higher quality shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion. From the moment I walked in the door the staff treated me like I was important. They were very nice from first interaction until the last. The breakfast buffet is great with everything from fresh fruit to oatmeal with all the toppings to orange juice and other beverages, eggs, home fries, breakfast meat. There was also a great choice of muffins and bagels and bread...
