"Rooms cold , no remote to turn off tv, the morning after a shower ( just putting clothes on ) the cleaner open the door at 9.45 to clean the room tried to tell him in English checkout is 11.00 , other then that great breakfast"

"Great stay, the lodge was spacious clean and well equipped. We used the on site restaurant once and it was ok, not brilliant. Facilities and the location to travel to the lakes and dales is excellent."
