”Hotellin aula ja yleiset tilat antoivat hyvän vaikutelman. Tunnelma kuitenkin hieman latistui, kun astuimme huoneeseen. Pinnat olivat elämää nähneet ja todella kuluneet. Ilme oli nuhjuinen. Muut hotellin tilat vastasivat hyvin neljän tähden arvostelua, mutta huone korkeintaan 2,5. Sijainti oli hyvä, ihan kaupungin keskustassa. Iso bonus alakerran buffet ravintolasta. En ole eläessäni syönyt niin hyvin! Valikoima oli valtava. Suhsista aasialaiseen. Blineista pihveihin. nugeteista seafoodiin....

Les hôtesses sont charmantes vous montrent votre chambre sur un plan et puis vous partez à l'aventure vous demandant bien ce que vous faites ici et au final vous y arrivez dans une belle et grande chambre, au bord d'un petit étang... L'autoroute n'est pas loin et pourtant on n'y pense même pas....”
”Gutes Hotel für die Durchreise. Henau was man will nacch einer Autofahrt. Anhalten etwas essen und duschen plus ruhig schlafen. Dusche hervorragend. ”
"A nice, clean and youthful hotel. Breakfast was limited but we found everything we needed and it was tasty.
The toilet in the room had a glass wall and especially if you travel with a friend it’s not nice that all the sounds can be heard in the room. The toilet brush was also missing.
It was quite a long walk from the hotel to the ferry and on returning after a long day it felt like too long to walk. Renting a bike would have helped.
However, we were happy with the overall experience and can recommend the hotel."
"Self-service check-out was nice and easy but self-service check-in had some technical issues. I did receive help from the staff but what I don’t understand is if there is staff available, couldn’t they have just checked me in? Now I had to write down all the information myself while the staff was standing next to me doing nothing. That’s just weird to me! Anyhow the hotel was beautiful, clean and silent. Very good location next to the metro!"
"The room wasn't ready when I arrived. They asked me to come back in 1h. I came back 1h 15min later. Room wasn't still ready. They asked me to wait. I wasnt able to do so because of my duties in the city. So I had to go to my meeting without the possibility to go to my room to change my clothes, etc."

The reception personnel was incredibly nice, professional and friendly, and the room also exceeded my expectations with great views and very comfortable interior. The breakfast was also great with very convenient opening hours. I will definitely return to this hotel."
