”Some of the younger bar staff lacked service and hospitality. No greeting, didn't take drink orders or hand out a food menu. I was impressed with the aesthetic of the property. This property is a diamond in downtown Flint.”

”We showed up to the property to find out they had no reservation even though we made it over a month prior. So we had to stand around and wait for an hour so they could try to fix their mistake. Then the following night I went to go get food for me and my wife and showed back up to our room key not working. They tried to fix it and then tried to tell us they would fix it in the morning. That was at 9:30pm. We told the staff we needed our belongings because my wife is over 7 months pregnant and...

”This hotel is currently undergoing a remodeling. Our room had recently been remodeled and was very clean and nice. Other parts of the hotel were under remodeling or were very old and dated. Everything seems to be headed in the right direction for this hotel and when they finish the renovations, it should be a very good experience top to bottom.”
