”No elavator to 2nd to floor Unkept feeling upon entry”

”Hotel is under staffed. Had two ladies responsible for cleaning the entire hotel. We didn’t arrive until after six and they originally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping took our keys and went downstairs to get us a room that was ready. Staff is very helpful just property doesn’t seem to be managed well. Also hot tub was out of service. No late check out available per front desk or you lose your deposit. Not likely to stay at this hotel again.”

”Overall a nice experience. Customer service desk was prompt and professional. Breakfast crew had a nice layout. Room was clean and fairly quiet. Nearby where I wanted to go for a concert. ”

”This hotel should NOT be on Expedia. It is a dirty, run down, decrepit place filled with homeless and other questionable people loitering around. It smelled, everything was stained, cracked, or broken. I reserved 2 nights online. Upon arrival I knew it was a mistake but checked in anyway and tried to convince myself it would be okay but left after only 30 minutes and went to another hotel. Wasted money.”

”They are currently remodeling the property which is nice! I could on and off hear cars on the freeway and doors slamming was loud”

”Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. But the motel was run down, turned on the light/exhaust fan was very loud, no telephone to call the front desk, elevators sounded like they needed some maintenance. They are upgrading the outside landscape, but nothing inside. That's all I got.”

”The ceiling of the room we stayed in was crumbling with badly patched water stains and cracks. The free breakfast was a joke. There was little offered. I had to search for a coffee cup and it was about the size of a juice glass”
