”Front desk staff had an attitude on check-in”

”Location was nice in the country. Was not well maintain, floors were cupped and one board missing, tile in bathroom was missing grout in some places. To me looked like they had a plumbing problem that might have flooded the floors. Hot water was a issue hot then cold while taking shower. Picture of the place must be old. He did go out of his way to add my pet and get spoons etc., friendly but never fixed light by front door. I did enjoy seating outdoors in the evening. Added days to my stay...

”Everything was okay at best. Been here 2 times and similar “meh” experience. Won’t stay here again.”

”Great stay except for a safety hazard I unfortunately encountered sticking out from the bottom of the bed. A piece of metal supporting the bed cut my leg open. I am still wearing a bandage on it 9 days later. ”

”The host was wonderful. Her tiny home was everything we could have wanted. The Zen at Palms was centrally located. We enjoyed our stay immensely! ”

”Bar was limited to certain liquors and also the most recent drinks that are new. Male bartender was grouchy at times especially with a large group at the bar.”
