”Joel was an excellent host, loved this place- quiet, tranquil, away from hustle & bustle & so adorable!!! Everything you could actually need for a few days is provided here for a couple/ 2 adults…you just need to detach & slow down- you will sleep so well here too- I did & I have trouble falling asleep most nights…I’m sad we are leaving- we will definitely be coming back when we want to visit the area again- when it’s not so hot, perhaps this Fall!! Thank you Joel for providing such a sweet...

”Love the location - set along a river in the middle of a cattle ranch. Very convenient for TerraNova.”

”We had a great time at the farmhouse celebrating our marriage with our best friends! Everyone loved the details in decor of each room and the true farmhouse feel. Great location to the springs and downtown areas. We enjoyed gathering in the family room area and swimming in the pool. Hosts were easy to communicate with and checked in with us mid-stay to check all was well. Highly recommend!”

”This experience began with enthusiast communication with the owner. We communicated several times prior to the trip. He was very responsive when I sent him a question. Upon arrival we were so excited about the property and knew that we weren’t staying long enough to take advantages of everything that this property offered. The houses were clean and we were welcomed by a beautiful gift basket filled with lots of goodies and even fresh eggs. We were treated like royalty and it was greatly...

”It was a picture perfect. It is decorated beautifully, the kitchen is well-equipped and the home is just absolutely adorable. The farm is peaceful, it doesn't feel weird having the host next door, and the drive there is beautiful as well. I slept like a baby.”

”This is the second time I have stayed here. It is perfect for my needs and I love the property! Sally is the best host!”

”There was plenty of space for our family of 8. The check in process was smooth and the location was perfect for our cruise from Port Miami. The host was quick to answer any questions and we would definitely stay again!”

”We had a great long-term stay at this property while working on a project nearby. The home was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, making it very comfortable for an extended stay. The host was excellent with communication, quick to answer questions, and helpful throughout our time there. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.”

”Loved the house!”

”The house was clean and nice. Property fun with the animals. We did not stay due to a double booking. However, the host did everything in his power to make it right. ”

”Comfortable and clean house in a nice farm with horses. Be aware that the owner's house is very close inside the farm and obviously they don't want you to bring any guests or do any events because of the noise. The grill is electric and a little small but served the purpose. Location is good, very close to Williston and Ocala and the World Equestrian Center”
