The flat is spread over one level, and it’s located on the second floor (with elevator) of an historic building completely renovated but with many original elements preserved.

INTERIOR

The living area opens into a single space occupied by a living room with a modern corner sofa, lit by a large window overlooking Piazza della Libertà. The ceilings of the living room and dining room are very high and adorned with exquisite grotesque-inspired panels, which pleasantly contrast with the minimal style of the apartment. The dining room consists of a spacious and a very convenient table and a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Completing the living area is a practical guest bathroom located in the hallway at the entrance to the apartment. The sleeping area includes the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into the third double bed.
