Nestled in a prime location between Villa Bardini and Ponte Vecchio, and just steps from Piazza Pitti, this apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a ventilator Dyson, while the living area, complete with a kitchenette, includes a two-seater sofa bed and an AC. A spacious bathroom, complemented by a convenient laundry area, completes the layout of our Retreat.



With ultra-fast internet, the apartment is ideal for working, writing, or even indulging in art. Just like Luigi, the homeowner and artist behind the paintings that adorn the bedroom and living room. Among his works, you'll find copies of Hieronymus Bosch's whimsical "monsters," ready to watch over your dreams and inspire positive energy.

The rooms are connected by small steps.

The apartment is located on the first floor, requiring about 10 steps to access from the building's entrance, as there is no elevator. We recommend arriving on foot or by taxi.

Costa San Giorgio, a picturesque, gently sloping street linking Villa Bardini and Ponte Vecchio, offers a unique perspective of the city. Pause on the staircase outside the entrance and let yourself be captivated by a peaceful, hidden view of Florence.



Guest Access:

You can access the apartment independently with our self check-in system, which also includes self-registration of ID documents, as required by Italian law.
