The apartment includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms: one features an en-suite with a luxurious hot tub, while the other has a sink but no shower. The living room also offers a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. Please note that this is a loft with a unique layout—be sure to carefully review the photos.

The open-plan living area provides ample space for unwinding, featuring a comfortable queen-size sofa bed and a dining section. Next to the living area, the modern kitchen is fully equipped and lined with windows facing an internal courtyard, making it a bright and cheerful space.

A charming, winding staircase leads to the romantic and light-filled lofted bedroom area. This cozy retreat includes a queen-size bed, generous closet space, and views overlooking the living room. The newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub is fitted with high-end fixtures, adding a luxurious feel.

The location is perfect—just a 5 to 10-minute walk from iconic attractions such as the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery, and mere steps from the Ponte Vecchio.

During your stay, you will have access to a Wi-Fi connection, a modern air conditioning system throughout the apartment, a heating system, DTT television, a hair dryer, fresh linens and towels, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an iron with ironing board. This apartment perfectly combines historic charm with modern comfort, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Self check-in is available via lockbox from 3:00 PM until midnight. To receive the instructions, we’ll send you a link for online check-in where you’ll need to upload your documents. Please make sure to complete this by 7:00 PM on the day of arrival—otherwise, we won’t be able to provide access. Thanks for your cooperation!
