The apartment

The entrance opens into a small living room with a sofa bed for two more guests and wooden furnishings, followed by a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Views of the inner courtyard. Air conditioning, heating, 50-inch HD TV with home cinema, Wi-Fi and a workspace in a room with a door.



Kitchen

Fully equipped: induction hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, oil, salt, pepper, crockery and cutlery.



Breakfast

Self-service breakfast is available each morning with single-portion products: coffee and cappuccino capsules, tea, milk, fruit juice, crispbreads, jam and snacks. Breakfast is not served; the products are provided in the apartment.



Bathroom and laundry

Fully renovated bathroom with shower and bidet. Hairdryer, shampoo, towels and bed linen included. Washing machine and iron in the apartment. Stays over 28 days are possible.



Travelling with children

Cot, high chair, children’s tableware, books, toys and board games.



Arrival and departure

Self check-in via keypad. For early arrivals or late departures, luggage storage is possible by prior arrangement with the host.

Central Florence is a restricted traffic zone: no car is needed, and paid parking is available nearby. Events and parties are not allowed.
