Nice and comfortable hotel close to all sights of the city. Pleasant staff. Great roof top with a view to the city to enjoy breakfast. Spacious room, beds a bit too hard for our taste. Many stairs and only a small lift, therefore not suitable for disabled. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely old style hotel.
Since this is an historical building, there are many levels and 97 steps to get up to the reception area. Thank goodness for the one person at a time elevator. Clean and comfortable hotel with an awesome rooftop restaurant and bar. Great location withing walking distance to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, museums and Florences landmarks. Highly recommend this hotel.
