Very good situation - near to old city. Piazza San Spirito nearby is a very nice place with many restaurants. Spacious room. Friendly stuff.

Tilavat majoitustilat kahdessa kerroksessa. Alakerrassa hyvinvarusteltu keittiö ja sohva, josta sai leveän vuoteen, yläkerrassa varsinainen makuuhuone. Kylpyhuoneet molemmissa kerroksissa. Sijainti kapealla kujalla, joka resonoi kyllä kiitettävästi kaikki ohikulkijoiden äänet - myös yöllä. Erinomainen sijainti lähellä Arno-jokea.

Really great location for our 6 night stay in Florence. Close to everything, but tucked away from the manic areas. We had a large 1 bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, extra wide bed, 2 TVs and a bed settee and dining table. All very nice and in a lovely old building. But the downside of this was that noise insulation from the next floor (we were on floor 4 of 5) was dreadful and you will hear every scrape of furniture, slammed door, footsteps above you if you are unlucky enough to have neighbours above as we did for some nights. Such a shame as otherwise this place is excellent..

Location was great. Very disappointed with pull out bed. Very uncomfortable - would have preferred 2 single beds instead of pull out couch. Other than that - space was very nice, clean and modern.

I loved the area. It was so nice and quiet. We felt totally safe there. The staff amazing. Very thorough with their rules . The apartment was huge. I love tall ceilings, big bathroom, nice kitchen size. The beds and pillows excellent. Our entire experience tbough short was phenomenal there. I highly recommend this place. It was definitely a home away from home feeling

Great location and very kind people. Nice apartment. Only negative part was the AC which didn’t work, seems Italian law related, and it was 28 Celsius. And one toilet didn’t flush.

The hotel is very clean and upgraded like a contemporary new hotel. Actually it is like an apartment studio so it is spacious and feels like home. Will be good for longer time stay although I stayed for a weekend. Location is convenient and close to everything and safe with many nice shops and restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I like it has a kitchen. The staff are very helpful and professional. They helped me book a taxi service to the airport as booking taxi in Italy can be stressful. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely consider this place again next time.

It was a lovely property and close to all the attractions without all the noise. Having a kitchen to cook small meals was a bonus. Only comment is size of shower was very small in our room, husband would hit his head on the show head and he is 6ft tall. Also, keep in mind that a deposit is requested when you check in so make sure to clean the kitchen before you leave. I would still recommend as we enjoyed staying here for the week.

This unassuming little place is nothing special from the small street it is situated on however, once you step inside Palazzo Mannaioni, you realize that made made the right choice for your place to stay in Florence. We were greeted by a lovely manager who provided us with all the information we needed for the hotel and local restaurants. Our room was spectacular and offered a beautiful view of the bell tower of the Santo Spirito church. Everything inside of the room was great. The hotel was close and walkable distance to all of the tourist attractions, yet in a neighbourhood where Florentinians live and eat. I highly recommend a stay here and if you can request room 7 with the balcony, you’ll understand why. Grazie Mille!

The rooms are spacious and have everything needed for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, comfortable living room, and beds. The property doesn't have soundproofing, so if the other guests are noisy, there's not much one can do about it. Reception is only open from 9 to 5, which could be an issue if there are delays with the train or plane. Also, after 5pm it is not possible to report the noisy neighbors. There was a large group singing rancheras and partying like at 1am and we couldn't do anything to report them. There's a school nearby that can get loud early in the morning as well.

Buen sitio para quedarse en Florencia.
El lugar es muy céntrico y uno camina como 15 min aproximadamente para llegar al centro de la ciudad. Y esta rodeado por diferentes tipos de establecimientos de comida. Tambien hay supermercados cerca. Los Suites son como studios. Con su cocinita, baño y cama. Bastante amplio. El lugar es seguro, y la calle donde se encuentra es tranquila y bien iluminada. De vez en cuando puedes escuchar a los jóvenes hablando y riendo, pero no es nada grave. Lo unico que no me gusto fue el tamaño pequeño de la ducha, un poco incomodo. El personal bien atento, tiene servicio de limpieza limitado, dependiendo de la cantidad de días que piensen quedarse. Tiene asensor europeo ( pequeño pero lo suficiente para subir las maletas. El precio fue bueno para los 5 días que nos quedamos. La pasamos muy bien y se lo recomiendo a culquier persona que vaya a quedarse en esta bella ciudad.

Our room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower,however, was an accident waiting to happen. No grab bars, shelves for products and no shower head on the wall or ceiling. Only a handheld wand.

This is a great affitacamare in La Spezia. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby.

フィレンツェのサンタマリアノヴェッラ駅から徒歩圏内で、ベッキオ橋やドゥオモにもすぐに行けます。アパートメント形式なので、冷蔵庫や食器などが揃っており（洗濯機はありません）私が宿泊した部屋は2階構造になっていたため子供二人、大人二人でもストレス無く暮らすことができました。

Quality Property in Quiet Central location
Lovely property in a great spot easy to walk anywhere. I would highly recommend. There are no washing facilities and if you need to iron your clothes you can only access iron during reception hours 9am -5pm The only issue I had was I asked for assistance to get transport may taxi when I was leaving. I sent a WhatsApp message as they claimed they would reply to any message 24/7 and they got the message 24hours before I needed a taxi and didn’t reply making it really hard for us and we ended up having to walk to train station which is 1/12km away with heavy bags. I would definitely recommend but make sure you have transport organised prior to your arrival.

Positives: the location is ideal and walkable to all sights of Florence. The size of the room is larger than most hotel rooms in the region and included a kitchen. Beautiful view of the church from our window. Negatives: air conditioning was not working to capacity and we had to open our windows only to be attacked by mosquitoes. Found the bathroom to be small compared to the overall size of the room, with no storage space for toiletries. The shower is compact and for a taller person, they might struggle.

This property is located on the other side of the Arno (Altroarno) so there are fewer crowds which is very nice. But it is right around the corner from the piazza santo spirito which is very lively with people, restaurants, and bars. The property is an apartment which has more space to spread out than a traditional hotel room. Having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen is wonderful, too. My husband and I travelled with our 2 teenage kids and this was a great option for us all to be in the same space (instead of 2 separate hotel rooms). I would definitely stay here again.
