    La villa offre 2 luminose camere (1 matrimoniale, 1 singola), 2 bagni completi, 1 cucina dotata di ogni comfort e 1 incantevole salotto con confortevole divano letto per 2 persone.

    Su richiesta:
    - Cena con chef privato
    - Servizio shuttle 24 ore al giorno. La camera matrimoniale dispone di un comodo letto queen-size ed un bagno completo dove potersi rigenerare in totale privacy.

    L’elegante camera singola si affaccia direttamente sulle colline circostanti, regalandovi un piacevole sottofondo con i suoni della natura.

    Il soggiorno, che rappresenta il cuore dell'appartamento, è molto luminoso e raffinato. Da qui sarete immersi nel parco e avrete la possibilità di ricevere visita da meravigliosi cerbiatti al crepuscolo.

    La vera chicca della villa è sicuramente la sua lussuosa piscina sotterranea. Riscaldata a 31°, con Jacuzzi e cascata, vi regalerà momenti indimenticabili in totale riservatezza.

    All’esterno, nella grande area relax, potrete gustare la vostra colazione in tranquillità, così come divertenti barbecue nelle serate estive.

    Sono presenti 2 bagni completi, finestrati e molto luminosi. Entrambi sono dotati di cabina doccia molto spaziosa, asciugacapelli e kit di cortesia con shampoo e bagno-schiuma.

A truly unique and cozy place near Florence surrounded by nature yet only 15 minutes from the city centre. The house has a lot of charm and character. A special highlight is the small underground pool - perfect for relaxing after a day in Florence. Giacomo was very friendly responsive and a wonderful host throughout our stay.

Our family had a great stay at this home. Giacomo was very communicative and the property is exactly as listed. The area is beautiful and there are some pathways that are good to explore with nice weather. The pool in the basement was so great after a day of sight seeing in Florence.

Wow! What a wonderful stay to end our two week trip in Italy and Greece. The house was perfect for our family of four and the pool was an added bonus and so fun to end our days. Giacamo was a fantastic host- responsive and extremely accommodating- much appreciated! Travel into the city was easy- we figured out the tram on the first day and used it for the rest of our stay. Highly recommend this charming house!

This property is a gem, close to Florence but feels like the Tuscan countryside. It has everything you need, including a pool that feels like your private Grotto. For a moment, I felt like a Medici. Giacomo, the host, is outstanding, with service that makes you feel like family.

family stay at farmhouse Florence

The property was outstanding and our family had a blast. It was a nice get away from the crowds in the city to enjoy the animals and greenery of the house on the farm.

Our stay at the Country House was a dream come true for our family. It was the Tuscan countryside villa we hoped for within 15min of the city center. Our host, Giacomo, could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Truly made our stay special. If you're visiting Florence and want a peaceful place to return to at night, the Country House is your place. We will be back.

Awesome!

The property is inside a private park thus very quiet, yet super close to the city centre by public transport. Design furnitures and a well equipped kitchen made for a nice stay, and the heated swimming pool was really nice to finish the day once the kids were in bed. We will come back in summer, so we can enjoy also the outdoor space!

We enjoyed being surrounded by nature and able to go into the city! It was quiet and peaceful. Saw many animals and experienced the culture. The tram is easy to take to and from. Be sure to bring your walking shoes because you will do a lot of walking!

Very lovely and special place

We had a great time at the pool. The flat was spacious and the kitchen was very user friendly. The flat felt warm, but I communicated to property managers and they immediately responded in adjusting the thermostat which is located outside of the property. The host was very responsive.

Down town without being down town.

This place could not be in a better location. You would never know that you are practically down town Florence while staying in this little oasis. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained were you wake up to the deer, pheasant, and ducks with your morning coffee. The stairs to the second story bedroom can be treacherous so be cautious going up and down and the upstairs bathroom is quite small, however the bottom bathroom makes up for it! Now the spa underneath is a real treat! The water temperature is perfect, the atmosphere is absolutely serene. Good wine, music and friends makes for a magical night in this beautiful home.

Conveniently located but ideally isolated

We stayed here for a few nights after a couple of busy sightseeing spells in Florence and Rome. It was just what we needed to have a fun (for the kids in the pool) and relaxing (for the adults in the garden and the house) end to the holiday. There are lots of amenities in walkable distance including the tram stop which we didn't use - our boys just didn't want to leave the pool/TV! The host was very welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for the first couple of hours and journey back towards the airport, which is very close. The serenity of the beautiful, expansive gardens was broken, only minutely, by the distant sound of ambulance sirens from the neighbouring hospital and the infrequent noises from the pool pump. The layout of the bedrooms didn't quite work for us but overall we are very happy with our stay there and would recommend this for 4-5 young adults or a family with two children. I particular ly enjoyed the outdoor speakers! Grazie mille, Giacamo.
