Upea valinta jopa 6 hengelle, jotka haluavat kokea Firenzea tyylikkäästi ilman bussia tai taksia!

Tämä upea, hiljattain remontoitu talo sijaitsee viehättävällä kadulla Firenzen historiallisen keskustan sydämessä kävelymatkan päässä monista kaupungin tärkeimmistä monumentteista ja nähtävyyksistä sekä päärautatieasemasta. Siinä on kaunis sisustus ja upea taso rauhallisuutta ja mukavuutta - vaikea löytää Firenzen keskustassa! 1700-luvun rakennuksen kolmannessa kerroksessa sijaitsevalla huoneistolla on oma sisäänkäynti ja se sijaitsee 2 tasossa. Yläosassa:

 - makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on tilava suihkukaappi


Alemmalla tasolla:

- kaunis avoin oleskelutila
- täysin varustettu design-keittiö

Täydellinen yhdistelmä tyyliä, mukavuutta ja sijaintia, tämä kaunis asunto tekee vierailustasi Firenzessä entistäkin unohtumattomammaksi!

PAIKKA
Huoneisto sijaitsee strategisella paikalla Firenzen historiallisen keskustan sydämessä. Alle 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päästä pääsee tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin, kuten Duomo, San Lorenzon alueelle (sen henkeäsalpaavan basilikan, kuuluisien Medici Chapelien ja värikkäiden ulkouima-autojen kanssa, josta löydät aitoja nahkatavaroita ja muita tuotteita veneet) tai Accademia-galleria (joka asuu Michelangelon Davidille!). Kaikki muut kiinnostavat kohteet, kuten Ponte Vecchio tai Uffizi-galleria, ovat helposti tavoitettavissa jalkaisin. Huoneiston ympärillä on lukuisia ravintoloita, kauppoja ja viihdetarjontaa.

Perfect place to stay in Florence

Thai is the perfect place for a family to stay while visiting Florence. Lots of space, comfortable beds and best of all… LOCATION!! Close to the sites, the best restaurants and all the shopping that you could want. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable.

Wonderful Apartment

Our stay was amazing. Check in process went very smoothly. Ricardo was quick to respond to our questions. We stayed two nights and wish we would’ve stayed long. A beautiful city with so much to do. This apartment was perfect for our family and great location.

Superbe design , très confortable et au cœur du centre historique

Notre séjour a été extrêmement agréable !!!! Beaucoup d’espaces pour chacun ,une cuisine très bien équipée, un grand espace commun . Nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait pour se reposer après nos grosses journées de marche. Communication facile et rapide , confort et au cœur de tout. Épicerie , bar, restaurant , musée . Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !!!!

Did not work for us

Nice location but 3 stories felt like 6 stories. Could not run washer with the AC at the same time and had to go rest jumper on ground floor 4 times. This property is not ready for rental. Left a day early as it did not work for us.

very disappointing

the appartment itself was not at the expected level for this price: very bad smell coming from pipes / water conduit after each shower. On the last day toilets were also blocked. We mentionned it to the local staff who did not do anything. Only 5 plates and forks, 4 cups while the appartment is for 6. No minimum grossery (salt, peper, vinaigar, etc) Pillows one was of the bed was full of spots. Total price was extremely high for this, despite a great location in Florence.

La struttura è ben posizionata rispetto alla zona di maggiore affluenza turistica. Siamo arrivati secondo quanto comunicato e abbiamo seguito la procedura senza incontrare nessuno così come si usa purtroppo ora anche nel periodo post covid. L'appartamento si trova al 3 piano. Per raggiungerlo c'è una scala da percorrere composta da 63 gradini molto stretti e scomodi. L'appartamento è come nelle foto ma è da segnalare che per accedere al bagno principale (con doccia, bidet, lavandino e servizio), bisogna accedere alla stanza matrimoniale posta al piano superiore dove bisogna fare ancora una decina di gradini. Il secondo bagno è un servizio composto da un lavandino e un servizio e quello si trova al piano entrata appartamento. Arrivati non abbiamo trovato il piumino per il terzo letto e dopo aver chiesto alla persona di riferimento, ci è stato detto di guardare negli armadi e di cercare il necessario. La cucina è piccolina e non troppo attrezzata. I letti erano comodi e le lenzuola pulite. Per un breve soggiorno va bene.

Arnaque dans la description.

Arnaque dans la description : le logement est très bien placé et spacieux MAIS l’annonce est fausse sur plusieurs points. Il n’y a aucune télévision, pas de produit vaisselle et d’éponge ce qui n’est pas pratique quand on arrive pour plusieurs jours…De plus il n’y a qu’une seule salle de bains qui se trouve dans la chambre principale pas pratique non plus. Par ailleurs il est mentionné 80€ de frais de ménage mais le propriétaire nous réclame 100€. Pareil pour la taxe de séjour il est mentionné 3€ par personne et par jour soit 60€ pour nous et il nous a réclamé 110€ car soit disant c’était plus 3€ mais 5,5€…il y avait donc beaucoup d’incohérence entre ce que nous demandé le propriétaire et ce qu’il a mis dans l’annonce. Enfin le paiement de la taxe de ménage et de tourisme est demandé en espèce alors que cela n’est mentionné nul part et nous devons en plus la laisser sur la table et pas directement à une personne… Je conseille donc de vérifier toutes les dires des propriétaires.

Good location

Overall we had a nice stay but here are a few of the pros & cons. Pros: great location, easy check in, place was spacious and had a nice shower. Cons: up three flights of stairs (although we already knew this) and the living room furniture needs updating. The chair with the slipcover was ripped and soiled and I was hesitant to sit on it. Kitchen needed some basic supplies like paper towels, sponge and soap so we couldn't clean up after ourselves. Luckily we didn't intend on cooking but for the people who do, these supplies should be provided. It would be nice to have a tv in the living area as well. Not a big deal but that's an inexpensive luxury that would have been nice to have. Also watch your head when going up into the loft as I am only 5'2" and banged my head pretty hard while climbing up. Maybe put a sign or something on the wood beam? No instructions were left on how to accesss WiFi but my son figured it out by looking at the router. A book with instructions or recommendations would be a nice touch to have for guests. Also bring a blackout sleep mask if you dont want the light shining in your eyes at 6am as there is a skylight above the bed. None if these cons ruined our stay, just would have made it a little nicer. It was nice having a washing machine. Overall we did enjoy staying here.

I do not recommend this place. The only positive thing about this was the location. After communicating with the property managers, we arrived to the property and were greeted by a lovely lady who worked in the office. The apartment is 4 flights up, no elevator, and is in an old historical looking building. We were asked to pay 80 euros for a cleaning fee. The funny part was that THE APARTMENT WAS DIRTY!!! 1) no where was it stated in the booking that this would be apart of the stay 2) I showed them my booking as proof 3) The place was not even cleaned!! Dirty towels on the floor, dirty bed...etc. The office rep saw it for herself. 4) they finally call the cleaning person, she got to the apartment, spent 15 minutes changing the sheets ONLY on the main bed, and tidied up the bathroom. (Still left dirty and dusty) 5) the place has a funky smell. 6) I was asked to sign a contract, the craziest part is that they didnt have a copy in english. I refused. How can I sign a contract in italian if I dont know what it says?? This apartment is VERY POORLY MANAGED!! From the unstated fees, to the cleanliness, its highly NOT recommended. It was actually a major disappointment.

Bel appartement et emplacement

Bel emplacement et très bel appartement, décoré avec goût. Cependant, les services d'Abritel sont mauvais pour une réservation à l'étranger. Plusieurs appels avec des opératrices qui vous raccrochent au nez et qui n'ont AUCUNES connaissances du dossier et ne retrouvent même pas la réservation avec son numéro. Difficile également de se retrouver dans les paiements et les dates de prélèvement de ceux-ci !!!

MUY BIEN, PERO...

Apartamento sensacional. Zona inmejorable. Pero: - No apto para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad ya que hay mas de 60 escalones bastante altos para acceder al apartamento. -La persona que nos recibió nos enseñó el funcionamiento del termostato de la calefacción. Por la noche hacía mucho frío y la calefacción no subía. Contactamos con ellos, porque tampoco había mantas y nos dijeron que intentarían venir y que en cualquier caso nos mantendrían informados, cosa que no hicieron. Los niños se tuvieron que meter en la cama con el abrigo puesto. A la 1 de la mañana descubrí que el calentador (que está en un cubículo junto al dormitorio principal) estaba al mínimo. Entonces les mandé un wasap diciéndoles que ya estaba arreglado y me contestaron que ya me habían explicado el funcionamiento (y por ello se habían desentendido). Cuando les dije que el problema no estaba en el termostato sino en la caldera, me pidieron perdón. Pese a haberles dicho que no vinieran porque ya estaba solucionado, AL DÍA SIGUIENTE ENTRARON EL APARTAMENTO SIN ESTAR NOSOTROS PRESENTES y volvieron a bajar la regulación del termostato. El apartamento está muy bien, pero si tienen un problema, no esperen agilidad en solucionarlo. Y no entiendo cómo entran sin permiso cuando está alquilado.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of downtown Florence!

We are six women traveling and it was wonderful to have four separate sleeping areas and 1-1/2 baths as well. The company was accomodating in allowing us to leave our packed-up luggage for a couple of hours past the check-out time which facilitated our travel immensely.

Great central location

We were a family of 5 staying here (3 kids ages 10-15) and found the apartment perfectly suited our needs. We walked everywhere in Florence and the apartment was very centrally located - it is very easy to get around and to get there from the train station. The apartment is on a busier street as some reviewers have mentioned but we didn't find it too distracting (although we live in a big city anyway). The water pressure is fantastic and there is plenty of hot water. The washing machine was very useful and easy to use. The apartment is large so everyone felt like they had their own space. We highly recommend eating at trattoria Cibreino (its a 24 minute walk from the apartment but its a super easy walk and worth it!), 'Ino, (around the corner from the Uffizi - has the best panini), and La Sorbettiera for the most incredible gelato (Gelateria Dei Neri, Dondurmaci Gelateria Delal Passera, and Sbrino - gelatificio contadino were also amazing!). We ate out a lot, preferring to eat mostly breakfast at the apartment (there are several grocery stores close by). The kitchen was adequate for our needs although if one was cooking meals for larger groups you may want to request more pots/pans/sharper knives - depending on how large your group is. Would definitely recommend this apartment - especially for larger groups and families. Thank you!

Casa Increíble - Precio oculto

La casa es sensacional. Tiene todo lo que puedes esperar con un estilo moderno muy bonito. Ubicada en una zona estratégica para visitar a pie Florencia es una muy buena opción. Está en un edificio muy antiguo y sorprende cuando entras su estilo moderno. La cocina está muy bien equipada y la casa también. Sin embargo cuidado con el precio: hay que pagar 3€/persona/día en concepto de tasas y 80€ de limpieza. Estas cuantías son adicionales a lo que pone en el precio de Homeaway con lo que quizás haya otras opciones más baratas que puedan ser interesantes. Otro aspecto importante: si vas en coche es zona de tráfico limitado por lo que no podrás entrar con tu coche a no ser que lo dejes en un parking.

Très beau loft à Florence

Nous avons séjourné à 5 personnes dans ce superbe loft, très bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds du cœur historique de Florence. 3e et dernier étage d’un immeuble typique du quartier oltrarno. Nous recommandons fortement !

Spacious with a great location!!!

Very clean property in a super location, 10 minutes walk to train station and close to Ponte Vecchio and main city. Our family of 5 fit comfortably and enough room for everyone to have their space.

Not exactly a great experience

The location is nice, and I didn't mind the stairs all the way to the 3rd floor, but the steep 80 Euro cleaning fee that was sneaked in last minute left a bad taste . On top of that, the check-in times are very restrictive. If you happen to be a few minutes later than their last check-in time of 9pm, they start charging. Neighborhood is nice, and while the apartment was spacious I've stayed in much better places for comparable prices, Look and see if you can find something else better

Lovely stay

Great location. Good space for our family of five. Property management was very responsive, timely and helpful. The walk up the four flights of stairs was sometimes daunting after a long day of walking, but we didn’t mind it.

Great Location but that was about it.

The location of this property was fantastic. Everything else was a disappointment. We booked this property for our family of 4 (two 14 year old boys). We specifically picked this unit because it had a loft for the boys that had 2 single beds in it. When we arrived the beds were configured together and due to the “crates” they were on and the lack of single bed sheets we could not separate them ourselves. The agent told us they would be reconfigured that night or the next day (we were there for 3 nights). The beds were not reconfigured after the second day and when I asked the owner about this I was told that the beds were exactly as promised. When I pointed out the pictures of the unit he posted showed two twin beds in the loft he then realized the issue and apologized, but the beds were not reconfigured until our last night. Our other issues were that the unit is lit beautifully in the pictures and the property looks like it has been entirely renovated while keeping old work charm. The lighting was not replicated in person and the place was more old than new. Importantly, you should know that if you are taller than 5’2” tall that the master bedroom ceiling slants down just over the left side of the bed so when you stand up you need to seriously be careful. The same height issue is true to the doors to the kitchen and toilet room on the main floor. The unit has no television, which may be important for some (not us on this trip). The ladder up the loft would not pass code and is dangerous as it is steep and the depth of each stair is about 4 inches when you account for the step above. We had one slip down the ladder that caused scratches on our son’s back, that I watched in person and was due solely to the dangerous stairs. We were given one small sliver of shampoo for each person (good for 1/2 of one use) and a sliver of a bar of soap for each of us. There were no paper towels in the unit. We went to the corner grocery store to buy clothes washing soap and liquid soap for the shower. Finally, you should understand that the unit is on the 3rd floor, but is up 6 full flights of stairs. We got a good workout doing the stairs, but if you are hauling luggage up to the unit is is difficult as the stairs are not shallow and worn. Wish I had better things to say, but overall we were not satisfied and would not recommend this unit.
