The space



The White Terrace is a recently renovated apartment located just outside Florence’s ancient city walls, in a strategic position that allows guests to easily reach both the historic city center and the main roads connecting Florence with the surrounding areas.



Located on the second floor of an elegant building equipped with an elevator, the apartment offers bright, welcoming interiors furnished in a modern and minimalist style, where comfort and functionality come together to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a comfortable dining area, ideal for starting the day with a peaceful breakfast or enjoying dinner in complete independence.



The sleeping area consists of two spacious double bedrooms, designed to provide maximum comfort after a day spent exploring the wonders of Florence.

The apartment does not have air conditioning.



The heating system is centralized and managed remotely in compliance with current regulations and the comfort standards provided for guests.



The apartment overlooks one of the city’s main avenues. As this is a lively urban area, normal city traffic may be noticeable during certain times of the day.
