”Room was very clean. Beds are on the firm side. Pool was closed even though the sign at desk stated it should be open. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Front desk agent was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Horrible customer service skills. This is a one and done stay.”

”For an older property, its was perfect. The room was clean, fresh, and very presentable. Had all the linens. The manager Michael takes pride in keeping this place in top shape. I felt welcomed, safe, there was no rif raf, or shady stuff going on. He lives on site, which helps. No complaints, and I will diffently stay there again. I wish I had found this location before when i stayed in Florence. I would recommend for sure.”

”Room has poor lighting. There are no hold bars to help in or out of the shower. Toilet paper holder missing. I needed internet but there were no access to the web. WiFi working but no internet connection. When I asked the desk to fix the problem. She was no help. Refrigerator ice box was frozen over. Not Happy. ”

”This is a good hotel, but we booked a suite, with a door between the main bedroom and the pull out couch, and this suite didn’t have that, was small, had only 1 chair in the dining room. Trash bags were not inserted into trash bins. Breakfast was amongst the worst I’ve had at any such hotel. The fruit was off. The mini omelettes were dry, and made with American cheese, the pork sausages looked like churros. And pulled pork soup? The only good breakfast food was the waffles, which you make...

”Check in was easy. Parking was easy. The room was clean. For a $72 room, I didn't mind that the microwave or fridge had cosmetic issues (I didn't need to use them). I work in hotels and found that everything was standard for a roadside motel. The one issue I had was my tub didn't have a drain. Not a big deal, I just plugged it with a washcloth. ”
