”I was very pleased to make the right choice to stay at Katamaran during my 3 days 2 nights visit to Labuan Bajo.
1. The proximity to the airport and to local restaurants/ harbor. It only took 15 minutes by car/taxi/charter car. Most of the trip cost about Rp. 100k
2. This hotel is considered pretty new and also very well maintained. The lobby is clean, airy that comes commanding beautiful expansive view of the bay.

”The room, staff and food was lovely. But, the Safety, risk and emergency procedures make this a dangerous place to stay. I fell off the jetty due to poor lighting, breaking a number of bones. My husband jumped in and saved me, other guests helped us, while staff were lovely they had no idea, could not swim and no first aid box or stretcher/board. ”We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included.
The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded).
