Our biggest complaint was the front desk. I booked my prepaid reservation well in advance, cancellation period had passed. I needed to use a different credit card upon check-in for incidentals, and I provided my passport as a proof of identity. After we checked in, they kept contacting me through the evening, and...

”Overall the hotel is lovely, and when lounging around the pool the view is beautiful. However, once you step onto the beach you can see lots of rubbish either side of the hotel boarders. I would not recommend swimming in the water there. This isn't a fault of the hotel, they do everything they can to keep their beach front clean, it's a general problem of the area. We still had a wonderful holiday.”

”Pool area is the best in this hotel, very nice. Hotel is right at the beach but the beach is so dirty that you don't really wanna go there. staff is very polite and the breakfast was good. For what I could see none of the rooms had balcony - had I stayed here longer than just one night it would have been a big minus.”
