”From the minute we arrived our host Hope was so helpful and accommodating. Our cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I. It has a full kitchen, nice soft bed, and the swimming was great to cool off after shopping, and the air conditioning was great. Hope helped us with many of the local places to eat and see. We already miss the cottage, and want to return! ”

”Thank you for a wonderful stay Glen and Hope! We loved the location it was convenient to travel to the Key West, yet far enough from the noise and party. Summerland Key itself is gorgeous! Few great spots for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Also every place around had fresh seafood and live music in the evening. Pool on the property was very clean and heated, which I loved since we got a few cooler days.Overall wonderful atmosphere. If we will be back to Key West next year, we will be back to stay...

”Wonderful, cozy cottage facing sunrise on the water. We had very efficient communication with the property manager for any details. Dog friendly, designated parking, great full kitchen and room for at least 3 adults. I would definitely recommend this location, we will be back!”

”This is the second time we've stayed here. It's an amazing place! Very clean, wonderfully located, and if you are looking for water access- this spot is less than 100yards from the oceanside. In 10 minutes you're on the reef! Deep canal, easy in and out. This is a true hidden gem!”

”The house was the perfect size for our family of five (4 adults and a 7 year old) and was larger than what we expected from the photos. The property is so cozy with a huge yard and walking area. ”Spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay in the lower keys. Safe and quiet at night. Bed sheets and towels included. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Pool was clean and there is a concrete dock on the water. Coin operated washer/dryer available out the back door. Great location. Minutes from diving in Looe Key and the Big Pine Key restaurants and Winn Dixie. Key west sunset at Fort Zachery Taylor is 30 minute drive. ”

It was conveniently located near many of the things we wanted to do - snorkeling, hiking, swimming, and visiting Key West. The extra long dock was awesome. ”This is the place. The place to listen to birds and rustling palms. Our Nineteen fifties chic bungalow was perfect, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed our mornings poolside with Five Brothers Cuban coffee and pastelitos. ”Before I review a place it must meet four criteria - clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, convenient. This place checks all of the boxes. The place was spotless and we were typically less than 10 minutes from restaurants and the activities we came for(snorkeling, kayaking and jet skiing). The house was not a fancy place but a comfortable house with all of the necessary things you expect and need including the dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.
