”Been to this hotel before and it’s just as nice as the last time. Comfy bed/pillows, dark room for great sleep, convenient location, and quiet. Breakfast was a bit off the first morning but was better the second. Will stay again”

”It's a good hotel. It's great having an indoor waterpark in case the weather is not in your favor but the nickel and diming gets old fast and the food is horrible. There are absolutely better waterpark hotels out there such as the Grove Resort in Orlando.”

”Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay for us. The bathroom was not in good condition, and the TV was not working during our visit. The front desk staff were very kind and genuinely tried to help by finding us another room, but unfortunately they were unable to accommodate the change. We appreciate their effort and customer service, but overall this was the hotel where we felt the least comfortable and where we wanted to spend the least amount of time. We hope these issues can be addressed...

”We enjoyed our visit great place”

”We come here 2 to 3 times a year . Theres alot that has changed and not for the good. The restaurant we went to half cracked was full with not enough servers we had to wait over a hour and the restaurant didn't have half of what we ordered. Then we booked a cabana our server was horrible and we didn't get all the amenities the cabana came with. Not happy with this visit. We had issues with the AC in the room and the safe and phones were not working. We will see if we return.”
