”Wyndham rewards member was escorted off this property BY POLICE for reasons still unknown to me. They had a full turn out in the pool/sauna area, but ran out of towels at some point. They give 2 body towels for the rooms, no separate towels for the pool. A SOLD OUT HOTEL ran out of towels and no back up. I was upset but i didn't curse "Skye" and I didn't get aggressive. Yet i was told to leave and didn’t get my money back. I would like a full refund as we DID NOT stay here.”

”Common areas like elevator and some hall areas were in dire need of deep cleaning as well as some trash pick up and general maintenance. Lobby great. Parking areas well lighted and clean. ”

”We arrived and the hotel was under major construction (there was no prior notice of the construction).
The building looked abandoned from the outside and we were the only ones there.
When I went to check in there was no one in the lobby for quite sometime.
We went to our room after checking in and it was in bad shape. One of the sinks leaked and didn’t have hot water. The bathroom was filthy. There was literally dirt in the cracks of the bathroom tiles. The paint and was bubbling and peeling...

”The room wasn’t clean, the pillows had hair all over, the chair in the room had tape over a holes it had, and the toilet was dirty. The microwave and mini fridge were dirty, had possibly mold or rust on the fridge. It was super noisy the whole time, paper thin walls and door. At 4am there were people talking loudly in the hall and could hear everything they were saying. Was looking forward to the hotel breakfast, but it was cold and the food selection was awful. ”
