”The hotel is Literally on the beach, great location. The hotel needs a lot of serious maintenance and upkeep. Badly Stained carpets everywhere, it made the hotel look cheap and dirty. Our bath tub had a huge crack between it and the wall. The a/c was not working properly and we sweated the whole time we were there. Our son’s room was worse, our complaints were answered with excuses. No results. Our next door neighbors in room 308 told us thier a/c was completely off and slept with the door open...

To us it was no big deal for the pool to be down we found other ways to have fun. When we got in our room the gave us 2 towels for a family of four that was checking in. ”Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children.
