”Location was good. Check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. I don’t prefer to degrade but I also want to be honest though. The room was falling apart. There is obvious water damage. Drywall was falling off walls and ceilings. Several old patches. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed and bathroom were mostly clean, but the carpet was full of hair and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several spider webs on the walls and stains on part of the comforters....

”Talk about a 'Tardis' house! This place has an uninspiring frontage to it. It looks normal, nothing spectacular. However, on arriving at the front door, the quality starts to become obvious. Once inside, here is the most amazing, awe-inspiring, breath-taking home. The woodwork, the underfloor central heating, the wooden floor, decorative rugs, the kitchen, dining room to die for, living room, all shape up to show the beauty of this property. I'm not an estate agent, and it probably shows, but...
