”The hotel is well situated and the staff were very helpful. Our room had a very comfortable bed and seemed to have been recently renovated & decorated. There was a table with two comfy chairs looking out to sea which we enjoyed. However the electrics had not been adapted fully to accommodate the renovations meaning there was only one useable socket. ”A place of real quality. I had a superb sea/ golf course view which was a great room. The restaurant was an absolute must to visit, brilliant food and very well priced for what you got on your plate, hardest thing was deciding what to choose from the menu. ”Friendly staff from check in to bar. Even advised on local whisky! I had a single room which didn’t job however the shower was small and I arnt so getting in and out was challenging. Food was excellent and good breakfast. Worth a stay but large room and shower for me next time”

”We enjoyed a great week here in the area for the first time. The property met all our expectations and was a lovely base for activities in the area. We had some conversation with the host before our stay, checking a couple of things and responses were what you would hope for. The house is very comfortable with everything we needed for a good week's holiday - would be a super family base as well - the little beach opposite is a constant pleasure to see and pop over to for an outdoor coffee, etc.”

”We really enjoyed our 3rd stay at Doug’s house in seatown only a few streets away from Cullens beautiful beaches. The house is clean spacious and well appointed. Doug is a good communicator and always on hand to help or answer inquiries.”
