The villa, nestled among the gentle hills surrounding Foiano della Chiana, is just 2 km from the small town of Pozzo, where you’ll find a grocery store, a pizzeria, and a pharmacy. It is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards stretching to the horizon. At Villa Il Pozzo, you’ll enjoy a private stone-finished swimming pool (size m. 8x4, depth m. 1,30 - open from 01/05 to 30/09) that glimmers under the Tuscan sky, an irresistible invitation to dive in and relax as the landscape whispers tales of beauty and serenity. Around the pool, a solarium is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Inside, the spaces are tastefully and elegantly furnished, with every detail evoking warmth and romance. The bedrooms are cozy nests with comfortable beds and windows offering breathtaking views. The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare intimate dinners to enjoy on the furnished outdoor terrace under a starry sky.

The villa is divided into two independent buildings that frame the pool:
IL GALLO
Features an entrance (two steps) leading to a bright living-dining room with a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a crystal shower.
Descending a charming staircase, you’ll find a comfortable lounge with sofas, a fireplace, and a TV, with a French door opening onto the terrace equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining (pool view).

IL GALLETTO
Features an entrance into a living-dining room with a kitchenette, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and tub. A few steps up lead to the lounge with sofas, a TV, a fireplace, and a French door opening onto the terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, and armchairs (pool view).

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 500 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
Tourist Tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
