”Room was nice, large, and clean with pretty mountain & pool view as described. Wish lounge stayed open past 9pm and didn’t smell like smoke.”

”When I arrived, there was a black bear rummaging through an overflowing trash can. Plus, the room assigned to me had a huge roach on the wall which I saw as soon as I entered. I asked for a different room away from the wooded area where the bear retreated to and a better room that was bug free. The staff person granted my request for which I was very thankful. The breakfast buffet was good and the food was fresh and hot. Overall, I was satisfied after my concerns were addressed.”

”This property is a long way from a true Hilton.. The walls are paper thin, you hear every thing and I do mean everything! No microwaves, or coffee pot in the room. The smells from paint to pot are all abound. Lets talk about the dogs, I love animals, but sometimes they need to stay home. They ranged from poodles to labs and yes they barked. I was at this hotel because Expedia goofed and I had to pay the price. It won't happen again. Do better Hilton. I didn't bother with there so called...

”Don't stay here, at least not until their construction is complete. We typically like Courtyard by Marriot, but this time was not a good experience. When we arrived, the parking lot was full of construction debris, even nails. There were only a few spaces available. I understand that properties need to be renovated, but they should at least clean up the parking lot of garbage so guests can park without fear of getting nails in our tires, but that's only the beginning. ”Great location and great breakfast”

”Property was destroyed damaged and disgusting. Looks like they have full time residents there in there lowest level. The smell is overwhelming of smoke even though the desk says no smoking. They gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned and had bodily fluids everywhere. We got out of there quick, I was asked for pain killers by the hotel residents. Expedia was quick to refund us after some communication.”

”We always stay at the Windsor in Asheville. The rooms and space with kids cannot be beat!”

”The room was emasculate. I parked directly outside my room on the first level. Breakfast was OK but not a full breakfast. I didn’t care about that. I’d stay there again.”

”We enjoyed our stay. Was as expected. Very nice place in a great location, with more than expected room amenities. A definite step above the typical hotel stay.”

”The breakfast buffet was great, the bed comfortable and the room was very clean. The only amenity I would have liked was a microwave, since we went out hiking and exploring, frequently picked up dinner and we had no way to heat it up. Seems like it was a room upgrade if you wanted a microwave. But the staff was helpful and the location was very central to Town and the Biltmore Estate. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn.”
