”This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!”

”Very close to beach access and we enjoyed the upstairs deck. Birds chirping and a nice breeze. Easy access to beach chairs and a nice outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked and neatly organized The only minor issue was having to bolt out of place at 9 AM. Host very communicative and sent info to help us find things. ”We had a great vacation staying here! Carl is excellent to work with and has great communication throughout. The place is snug but it was just right for us. It's a short walk to the beach and there's a lot of restaurants, shops and a store nearby. Everything we needed was there and we will definitely book again! Highly recommend this place! ”The property is located on Center Street. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately it could get quite loud in the evening hours and there was construction going on next door so every morning at 7AM you could hear the very loud noise. That's not the property's fault of course. We bought ear plugs and were able to block out the noise a bit. The apartment was small but it had all amenities you would need for a short beach stay.”

”We enjoyed our three night stay! The balcony is huge and a lovely place to relax. Property was as described! Lolo’s (almost exactly across the street) has amazing food. We are in our 50’s and had no problem with the four flights of stairs, however we are active and don’t mind the exercise.”

”Perfect for our mother daughter getaway! So close to the beach it is practically in your backyard. The cottage is small, adorable and charming. The deck and outdoor shower were super nice. We recommend renting a golf cart for easy trips to center street. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!”
