Welcome to Dolphin's Folly, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath oceanfront home that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. With direct beach access and ocean views from every bedroom, this home is ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy the best of Folly Beach.
The main level features a primary bedroom with a King bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and access to an ocean-view deck. A half bathroom is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, the first guest bedroom offers two Twin beds and a private ensuite bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a Queen bed and is located near a full bathroom with hallway access. Between the two bedrooms is a loft area with two convertible futon chairs that can be used as two Twin beds or combined into one sleeping space. Every bedroom has access to a balcony overlooking the beach.
Guests will enjoy multiple oceanfront decks, a spacious living area, an ocean-view dining space, and private beach access just steps away.
Located on Folly Beach, Dolphin's Folly is within easy reach of local restaurants, shops, nightlife, fishing, boating, and other popular island activities. Historic Downtown Charleston is just a 25-minute drive away, offering additional dining, shopping, and sightseeing opportunities.

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
There is plenty of parking.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy may be up to 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to reduce the noise. This will help avoid any violations of FB police regulations that can result in fines and revocation of the homeowner's business license.
Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your comfort and that of our community, so please let us know if there is anything we can do during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
