With living spaces on both levels, this home gives families and groups room to spread out while still enjoying plenty of space to gather. The main level features the primary living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six, and the king suite. Downstairs, a second living area sits alongside two queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom.
Outside, enjoy the expansive shaded yard, front porch, back deck, side patio, and outdoor dining area. Fire up the propane grill, relax beneath the mature trees, or rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower.
Tucked into a quieter residential area of Folly Beach, Cabin by the Sea offers a relaxed setting while keeping the sand and island lifestyle within easy reach.

Contactless Check-In: This home has a keyless-entry system. We will provide your door code before arrival.
Parking: Driveway parking is available.
The home has two entrances, including a ground-level entrance that opens directly into the downstairs living area. The two interior levels are connected by a spiral staircase.
Beach equipment is not provided or guaranteed. Any beach equipment available at the property is available for guests to use.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the home.

PETS
One well-trained, non-shedding pet up to 40 lb may be considered with prior approval from MyOceanRental. No puppies or cats are permitted.
Approval must be obtained before arrival. A $150 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.
Emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals that do not qualify as service animals are subject to the property's applicable approval requirements and fees.

HOUSE POLICIES
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the maximum occupancy of six guests, and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your rental agreement states that you may not use the property in a way that disturbs or offends surrounding residents.
To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It is privacy-compliant and does not listen to or record conversations.
If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text asking them to reduce the volume before a violation occurs. This helps prevent police violations, fines, and possible revocation of the homeowner's business license.
The property's maximum occupancy of six guests may not be exceeded at any time during the stay.
If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require that all guests vacate the property immediately without a refund.
