Yksi Folly's Best! Tämä viehättävä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyammeen mökki tarjoaa laajat viehättävät näkymät Folly-joelle ja on vain kahden lyhyen korttelin päässä rannasta. Sijaitsee East Cooperin 8. lohkossa. Sinulla on lopullinen keidas kahdella täysipitkällä kuistilla, rokkarilla ja riippumatolla, jotka laiskoivat päivä pois. Sisältä löydät kaksi queen beds ja kaksi täyttä kylpyammeet. Keittiössä on panoraamanäkymä joelle ja se tarjoaa juhlisi kokille paljon tilaa valmistaa upeita aterioita! Ajotieltä mahtuu neljä autoa ja piha on täysin aidattu karuisille perheenjäsenillesi. Tämä koti on täydellinen paikka paeta kaikkea omassa paratiisissasi!

Cute cottage with a beautiful marsh view. While the home is a bit dated, you can’t beat the spacious back porch. We spent most of our time there enjoying the breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and it was super easy to get to the restaurants and shops. The property management company was easy to communicate with and the check-in/checkout process was simple. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great views and location

Our stay exceeded expectations. This is a such a great home that has the elements of the classic Folly vibe, modernized for a comfortable stay. Breakfast on the back deck overlooking the marsh was a treat each morning. Very short walk to the beach. Located in a quiet part of Folly with less traffic for walking, biking, or scootering. All the elements which made for a great stay. Checking in was very smooth and felt very well taken care of. Will definitely have this location high on the return list.

Such a pretty place

It was just as expected. They provided us with the standard amenities. An older place but well maintained. Short walk to Folly Beach. Lovely neighborhood. March is the backyard. Never dos need to talk to the property managers. Felt so at home. Thank you to the owner!!

Spring getaway

We loved our stay at the Beach Bungalow. Whether relaxing on the back deck, popping over to the beach, strolling into town for food and live music, or driving to both ends of the island for birdwatching and sunset gazing, the little house was the perfect home base. Can’t wait to come back.

Relaxing Get Away

I had a wonderful time at Folly Beach! The home was positioned in the most perfect location. I could view the gorgeous waterway but was also only 2 blocks from the beach. The downtown area was very walkable. Rita’s Restaurant as well as the small shops were such a treat!

Perfect stay with the dogs close to the beach

A great place to bring the whole family including the dogs for a beach vacation. The house was a short walk to the beach. There were plenty of supplies to get started for vacation. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The fenced in backyard was secure enough for our dogs to stretch their legs while we relaxed on the back porch without have to worry about them escaping. I think the best part of this stay was how clean it was when we arrived. I’ve been to plenty of vacation houses that seemed to have been quickly wiped down with little attention to actually cleaning. That was not the case with this house. You could tell the cleaning crew took the time to do the job right.

Favorite spot yet!

We have stayed at folly many times but this has been the best house! Only a quick walk to the beach with excellent views of the river from the back deck. Very private fully fenced in yard. The dogs loved looking out from the deck to the quiet street and river below. Everything inside was modern, clean, and exactly what we needed for a getaway.

Great bungalow, perfect location and great for dogs

This was a perfect stay for our family of 4 plus our pup. The location was perfect - just a couple of blocks from the beach and about 1 mile to downtown Folly. The house itself was perfectly arranged, with all the kitchen amenities to cook our Thanksgiving meal! The back porch and fenced in yard was where we stayed most of the time. The view and letting the pup roam was just perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable place to relax and unwind. Very close to the beach and more than enough room to let pups run around in the backyard. There's a wonderful table in the dining room to play board games and make memories. We would definitely stay here again!

Really great house and location!

I don't know if we've could've found a better house. If you go straight down 8th 2 blocks the house is in line with a public beach access. Fenced in bank yard. House looks just like the pictures. House is very nice and clean. It's a really cozy little place. It's 8 blocks away from all the big hotels and such in down town folly but it's still really easy to get too. We loved our week down there and can't wait to go back!!

Great Beach House in Folly

House was clean, had plenty of linens, and dishes for cooking. Check in and out processes were very easy and straightforward. The team there was great to work with when we had questions. Location is perfect. Short walk straight down the street to the beach and backyard overlooking the marsh was beautiful to watch sunsets from the covered back deck. Overall a fantastic stay for our family get a way weekend.

Folly cottage week

We had a great week. It is our 2nd stay at this cottage. It is in great proximity to the beach and is the perfect size for our family. We love that we can bring our pup! Even the one hurricane day didn't bother us. We didn't lose power and the water receded quickly.

Summer Fun

Small but cute. Property was just as described and as shown in the pictures. Very easy Beach access and great backyard for two dogs. We enjoyed the back deck and sunset while dogs roamed in yard. Found enough utensils and cooking items for dining in for three of us. Great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walks, beach, biking, and the house. Will return!

Perfect pet friendly home

Clean, easy walk to the beach with children, beautiful view, comfortable accommodations. My one suggestion is that the pullout sofa bed is only suitable for children. We would definitely book this home again.
