You will wake only 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from Center Street--the heart of Folly Beach's business district! Stop at Bert's for a free cup of coffee on your morning walk or after a night out. Enjoy all that Folly Beach has to offer when you stay at our place.

Folly is an eclectic barrier island of Historic Charleston. Artists, musicians, surfers, and regular folk abound. Folly takes pride in welcoming people from all walks of life. Day trips to explore the charms of downtown Charleston and Johns Island will round out your stay. Whether you’re here to explore or simply relax, this enchanting spot provides a peaceful base.

We are locals and are very responsive for any questions or issues that may arise.

The house is centrally located, only 2 blocks to Center Street, making shops and restaurants an easy walk. Should you arrive and find you are missing something, Bert's Market, the local 24-hour grocery store and deli just around the corner, will likely have it.

There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee if you'd like to bring your furry friend(s).

All linens are provided, and kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. We can also arrange to have your unit PRESTOCKED with groceries--just message us! We will usually provide at least 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels to get you started.
