Ahoy maties & bonnie lasses! Welcome to our little piece of Folly! We present to you land lovers a take on our favorite pirate ship known as "Thousand Sunny". Thousand Sunny is a secluded, bohemian chic, 3BR, 3.5BA private home on a tidal creek. This gorgeous waterfront home is a quick 3 minute (950 ft) walk to the beach and boasts enormous wrap-around decks with lots of seating for entertaining and relaxation. Get ready to sit under the oak trees and the Edison lights while you listen to the sounds of the tide come in and a gorgeous sunset slowly sinks below the horizon. Swim around in the private pool and relax your cares away in the hot tub!

Thousand Sunny truly is Lowcountry living at its finest. As you enter the home, you are welcomed by the spacious open flow living room with all new furniture. Sprawl out on the couch and watch a movie with the family on the huge smart TV, or curl up with a book in the cozy hanging egg chair. Then step into the attached yoga room to decompress and meditate by the view of the creek.

Ready to make a family meal? Head to everyone's favorite place to gather, the kitchen! The kitchen is completely newly renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and a bonus eat-in area. We keep our kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Prepare to eat your favorite dish on the herringbone wood table with seating for 6 in the dining room, or head outside to the deck for an intimate dinner by the water under the oak trees. Gather round the firepit in the evenings to tell your favorite stories, roast some marshmallows, play cornhole, and gaze at the stars.

When it's time for bed, unwind in one of the 3 bedrooms. On the 2nd floor, the master bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed, smart TV, sitting area, and attached personal wrap around porch. The spacious en suite master bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanities, and lots of closet space. Across the hall is the kid's bedroom with a twin bunk bed, as well as a separate twin bed. The kids are sure to be entertained with their own smart TV and a personal separate porch with raised safety spindles. The kids also get their very own private, full bathroom. Last but not least, the first floor includes the 3rd guest bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed, a smart TV, and an en suite full bathroom with its own laundry room. You will also have your very own porch access to sit back and relax in the Adirondack chairs while you sip coffee in the morning by the creek! If need just a little extra sleeping space in addition to the 3 bedrooms, the living room couch has a pull out sofa bed.

The nearest beach access is off of 10th St East, only a 3 minute walk away. Better yet, ride around Folly style in a golf cart from one of the local golf cart companies. Downtown Folly Beach is only a few minutes' drive away where you can browse through beach shops, markets (select days of week), listen to live music, and dine at local restaurants. Our restaurants offer everything from low country seafood to burgers and pizza to oceanfront, higher-end dining. Folly Beach County Park on the West End of the island has restrooms and a large beach area to spread out, which is a great location to enjoy your beach day! Visit the Morris Island Lighthouse beach on the far East End of the island that is absolutely Instagram-worthy. Downtown Charleston is also only a 20-25 minute drive, which offers world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks along the water, the aquarium, and much more for added entertainment.

Thousand Sunny is pet friendly with $125 + tax fee per pet. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, cable, laundry room, free parking, keyless entry, contactless check-in, some beach equipment, pool towels, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, central heat and air conditioning, and 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Home is non-smoking. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, 8 people. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. - Indoor fireplaces are NOT for guest use.
- Pool is NOT heated.
- Guest access to the rooftop widow's peak is NOT permitted.
- Guests may NOT use the tidal creek to launch kayaks, SUP paddle boards, boats, etc. due to the seawall.
- Use of the front yard treehouse play area is permitted at your own risk.

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
