"Pride & Joy" on tilava merenrantahotelli, jossa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta, joissa voi majoittua jopa 13 ihmistä. Tämä sopii mainiosti suurille perhelomille, ja tarjoaa runsaasti kokoontumistilaa.

Olet tervetullut PRIDE & JOY: iin, suurella portaikolla, joka johtaa nostetun kodin etuoviin. Sisään ollessaan avoin pohjapiirros antaa silmäsi katsoa suoraan ulos Atlantin valtamerelle. Remontoitu keittiö on tilava, ja siinä on aamiaisbaari, josta voit nauttia nopeaa syömistä ennen kuin lähdet rannalle! Jatka ruokailutilaan ja sitten olohuoneeseen, jossa on mukavat, modernit sohvat. Hienovarainen rannikkoalueiden sisustus ja lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat ja ovet sallivat mielen siirtyä “saartaikaan”.

Aivan olohuoneen vieressä PRIDE & JOYssa on laaja suojattu kuisti. Rentoudu yhdessä keinutuolista katsellessasi surffaajia ylös ja alas rannalle. Astu ulos turvatarkastus kuistilta pienelle aurinkoterassille ja jatka kävelyä yksityisellä rannallasi pääsylle rannalle! PRIDE & JOY -tapahtumassa olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä nautittavaa hainhampaiden aamumetsästyksestä tai iltapäiväkylmästä Atlantin valtamerellä.

Takaosan sisäpuolella, ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on 4 viidestä makuuhuoneesta: 2 vasemmalla ja 2 oikealla. Jokainen makuuhuonesarja on kytketty Jack & Jill -kylpyhuoneeseen. On vaikea jättää väliin hienovaraisia väriherkkuja makuuhuoneissa - syvästä bluesista merihiusvihanneksiin PRIDE & JOY: n makuuhuoneet kutsuvat rentoutumaan!

Pään kodin portaat ylös viimeiseen makuuhuoneeseen. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja 3 erillistä vuodetta, joista on upeat näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle. Kylpyhuoneessa on massiivinen suihkukaappi, iso kylpyamme liottamiseen ja kaksinkertaiset turhamaisuusallas.

PRIDE & JOY, sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä Folly Beachin itäkärjestä. Tämä autio alue kuljettaa sinut eri aikaan: vähemmän tungosta rantaa, luupuita ja kuorellista yllin kyllin. Morris Islandin majakan näkymät ovat selkeän tai pilvisen päivän aikana lyhyen kävelymatkan arvoisia.

Loved staying here with adult friends!

Stayed here with 5 of my friends. We enjoyed being on the quieter end of Folly. Highlights were the view from the deck, plenty of seating for everyone to hang out in living room/dining room/deck together. If you are planning to cook, bring the essential utensils/pans/etc. We will bring more next time to be able to cook/stay in! Would love to return here!

Pride and Joy Vacation

The house was clean. Had a couple of issues, but the rental company addressed right away. The inside living area floor needs work. The finish is worn off in the center of the living area and is down to bare wood. The outside needs attention. There are new steps coming up from the garage area, however the front and rear steps need work. The screen porch over looking the ocean is very nice. But it needs a good cleaning and some of the flooring needs to be replace. Outside screen lattice work needs to be replaced on porch. The house has good bones, but the outside needs some TLC.

Perfect Spring Break Vacation

The property was right on the beach so easy access for the kids and dogs to come and go as they wanted to. Everything was well stocked and being towards the end of the island, everything was quiet and perfect for the family. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids with ample space to spare. I would stay here again!

Family Reunion

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a local family reunion. We had multiple families stay here. We loved the open floor plan and that everyone was able to have a queen bed or larger. The house was clean. The sunrise each morning was gorgeous. Breakfast or coffee on the screen porch or in the livingroom looking out the windows and watching the dolphins even in January was magical. We are from the beach, but this was right on the ocean. The water comes right up to the rocks at high tide. The house was an unexpected experience of its own on this trip. The hosts were awesome! Great with communicating. A couple of days before our trip, they called an voluntarily gave us some of our money back because the beach access had been washed away in a storm earlier in the week. The access was not able to be rebuilt by the time we stayed. But they communicated right away and made it right. The atmosphere of the island is very inclusive and small town. And there is a light house you can walk to at the end of the street. We very much loved our stay at this house and would love to stay again soon.

Great Stay

This is a great house for accommodating a large group. We ended up having only 7 guests due to flight cancellations from snow storm. The living area is large and comfortable. The porch is great but it was COLD when we were there so didn't get to enjoy it. The house needs a little TLC- 2 broken chairs at kitchen table, corroded batteries in upstairs heat/ac remote. I realize with any house, there is always something needing to be done. The appliances worked very well. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The property management staff were friendly and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Pride and Joy on Folly. Thanks!

Awesome House, Beautiful View, Totally Worth It

My family and friends stayed here for 6 nights, and it was magical. Plenty of space, great layout for us, and the ocean is RIGHT THERE when you look outside. I loved how at high tide, the water comes right up to the bottom of the steps. Very special place ❤️

Perfect Location to Experience all sides of Charleston

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We had a group of 11 people and a wide range of ages. The location was perfect for all of us, with the beach access being key for the four boys (6, 8, 10, 12) to play whenever they wanted to. If we had been in downtown Charleston, we would have definitely missed this easy access to a beautifully serene place to play and witness some of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. It was an easy 25-minute drive into Charleston for any activity we wanted. The only thing I would caution is you have to climb a rather tall staircase to access the house, so keep this in mind if you have anyone in your party with limited mobility. My in-laws were able to (slowly) navigate the stairs, but it was a little intimidating at first. It was a perfect location and we'd love to go back some day!

Short and sweet

We had a great short trip to Pride and Joy. The fridge showed some heavy usage with duct tape but worked great. The microwave again had a touch of rust but worked great. The location and set up was wonderful and could have accommodated a larger group than we had. We had a great quick trip to the area.

Screened porch just feet from the ocean

The wide screened porch was our favorite spot to sit both day and night. At high tide it was an exciting view of the ocean. We had a front row seat for Hurricane Larry which was passing by (way out in the ocean) and the huge swells and waves. Screens do need replacing. We loved the large top floor master suite with large bathroom and a little observation deck for two. There are 3 extra single beds up there which would work for a family. Nice kitchen, living areas and big dining table seats 8. Several more stools at kitchen counter height for more seating. House is near the end of Ashley Ave., a quiet spot.

Great Beachfront Location

A relaxing fun time with family on the beachfront! This rental was great for the little kids to be just steps from the beach! Inside of house was decorated very nice, although lacking in kitchen and cooking supplies. The exterior is in need of repair in places. House would really be fabulous if given a little more TLC!

Great Place with the Beach as your Backyard!

This house has an ideal location! The interior was been redone with plenty of space for a few families to split up the house. The views are amazing! Lots of parking and paved play area for bikes and scooters under the house. The main living area is all open with bedrooms off to each side. Lots of space to stretch out. We mostly stayed on the covered porch. Highly recommend for a laid back, no frills vacation.
