Welcome to Sea Haven, a spacious five-bedroom Folly Beach retreat with a private saltwater pool, lush gardens, and the beach just two blocks away. Designed for up to 12 guests, the home offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, three king-bedroom options, and plenty of room for families and groups to relax together.

The main level features a bright, open living area and chef's kitchen with soaring vaulted ceilings and reclaimed-wood beams. The kitchen includes a Wolf gas range, Monogram refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, wet bar, and wine refrigerator. French doors open onto a large screened porch overlooking the pool and gardens, creating a comfortable space for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or relaxing in the shade.

The first-floor primary suite includes a king bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub and rain shower. A queen bedroom and full hallway bathroom are also located on this level.

Upstairs, a second living area provides a separate space for movies, games, or quiet time. Three additional bedrooms include another king suite, a queen bedroom, and an oversized bedroom with two king beds and access to a private porch.

Outside, the landscaped backyard feels tucked away beneath mature trees. Spend the day by the private saltwater pool, dine among the gardens, or follow the garden paths to a peaceful fountain and several outdoor seating areas. The ground level also includes a game room with a bar and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
With the beach only two blocks away, a private pool at home, and parking for four vehicles, Sea Haven offers an easy and relaxing Folly Beach getaway.

Pool Notice
The private saltwater pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $75 per day.
Pool heating is available from October through April and must be requested before arrival. Please submit your request at least 48 hours before check-in.
The pool heater thermostat will be set to 84°F. A specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed because outdoor temperatures and weather conditions affect the pool heater's performance. Refunds will not be issued when weather conditions prevent or limit pool use.

Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a keyless-entry system. Your unique door code will be provided before arrival.
Parking: The property offers parking for four vehicles. Two vehicles may be parked inside the ground-level garage, with space for two additional vehicles in the driveway.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests are expected to respect the surrounding community and observe all occupancy and noise requirements.

No pets are permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved in advance by our office.

This is not a party house. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the listed maximum occupancy, and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, and DJs are strictly prohibited.

The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your rental agreement states that use of the property may not disturb or offend surrounding residents.

The property's maximum occupancy of 12 guests may not be exceeded. Misrepresentation of occupancy or a reported disturbance may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and eviction without a refund. Violations may also result in fines of up to $1,500 per day.

To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It does not listen to or record conversations and is privacy compliant. If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text requesting that the volume be reduced before a violation occurs.

Payment Policy
A 50% payment is required when placing your reservation.
The remaining 50% will automatically be charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment when booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested at least 30 days before arrival may receive a full refund, less a 5% cancellation fee.
For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, all payments are forfeited unless the property is re-rented and confirmed at the same rate for the canceled dates.
