”The property was "as advertised" and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. It provided peace and quiet for four days. The host provided all the needed amenities. The property was very clean. My wife is very particular about the cleanliness of hotels and rentals, so I have no complaints here. We ate most of our meals on the patio, which had a constant sea breeze and a view of the sunsets.”

”Property was alright. 3.5 star due to dated and wear & tear. Space was tight for the amount of furniture. However, we love the beach front location of the condo and everything else was 2ndary; we made it work. We had a wonderful time.”

”We stayed here for a long weekend for a girls trip and it was fabulous!!! The condo was immaculate, right on the beach so coffee on the deck every morning to the sound of the waves. Beautiful, spacious rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be back!”

”We had a wonderful time; however, I do have 2 complaints. Maybe when stating the rules, ask anyone upstairs to be mindful of the people downstairs. The whole week all we heard was stomping back and forth all day. Even around bedtime. It was very distracting. Also we had a problem with ants in the kitchen. I want to say the condo was great and the view magnificent! Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.”

”This was probably the most clean and organized VRBO that I've ever stayed in. Would definitely come back. Great location and great porch. The only negative (only slight) is the walking upstairs in the Penthouse. Many times you could hear people walking around early in the morning.”

”The property was described accurately and is situated in a convenient location to access Folly Beach, nearby restaurants and grocery stores by car or bicycle. The Unit is located on the top floor with lovely views of the Marshes in two different directions. You get the setting sun in the evening. While we welcomed the air conditioning, we found the unit mounted on the wall outside of the bedroom noisy at night.”

”This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!”
