”Breakfast was awful. All take away and everything was out by 8:45 when we went. Roaches in our room. We were given a different room than we booked because ours was not clean and ready at 9:00pm. We got a first floor, pet friendly room and it smelled like it. ”

”Oh my if you are going to this property you have to set your expectation. It's just simply a horrible place to be. It's cheap and that's only plus. I think they on purpose make it bad to prove it is cheap.. believe me, take your own bedsheet. I have no idea how the rooms were made, it squeaks if you put a single step. and shakes in a way that the "wardrobe" rattles. everywhere it is unfinished and feels like a haunted house. ”The jacuzzi was filthy with dead skin floating on the suds. It was gross. People staying thete were loud and played loud mariachi music with no regard for anyone at the pool and jacuzzi . No regard for small children. There was drinking going on. I asked the front desk managenent what the hotel policy was regarding this issue. I was looked at and told she didn't know policy. She told me it was a public space and that people could turn their music up if they wanted. She made me feel like...

”The cleanliness of the room was questionable and looks like it was done in a rush. There were smudges on the bathroom door, coffee table, an ottoman, and pmirror. Hair was all over the bathroom. We saw staining on the mattress whem the sheets shifted. Vacuuming wasn’t thorough as I found plastic clothing tags from the previous guest by the bed.
