”Yes my first time at this Casino and I was very happy with everything. It was clean on the play floor and my room. At check-in Christina was nice and thorough. It was comfortable, the ventilation/air system was spot on! All in all I had a great experience, Thank you! ”

”When I arrived for my reservation that told me " they no longer had room for me", even though I had made a reservation two months prior. They gave me a letter to go to a partner hotel that was miles away from where our event and reservations for dinner were at. When I arrived at the new hotel, they did not have a room for me that would fit my party. I had booked a two queen room and they only had one room with one full size bed. There was no space or bed enough to accommodate my party of 3...
