At Casa dei Leoni, privacy, comfort, and authentic Italian living come together. Our detached country home is situated in a peaceful and secure hilltop location near Nizza Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and far from through traffic.



Designed for couples seeking space, tranquility, and understated elegance, each studio offers a private outdoor area, refined comfort, and beautiful views across the Monferrato landscape. Spend leisurely mornings on your terrace, relax by the pool, and explore one of Italy’s most celebrated wine regions at your own pace.

The pool is shared exclusively by the guests of the two studios at Casa dei Leoni.

To ensure your complete relaxation, the property is open only to guests aged 18 and older.


The hosts live in the same house and are always happy to assist you—whether with local tips or personal support.

You can conveniently park your car in the private parking area while enjoying the refreshing swimming pool, shared with a maximum of four guests—guaranteeing peace, privacy, and pure relaxation.
