You will be staying in a 4-room apartment that spans 160 square meters on the ground floor with an east-facing position. The spacious and bright unit features modern and stylish furnishings, including a large living/dining room with a panoramic window, a Scandinavian wood stove (for decoration only), a dining table, a TV, a hi-fi system, and air conditioning. The living/dining room provides access to the terrace. There is one double bedroom with a panoramic window, a bath/bidet/WC, a hydro massage bath, a TV, and air conditioning, also with access to the terrace. Another double bedroom comes with a French bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long) and a shower/bidet/WC. The third double bedroom also has an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, five gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, Capsules for a Nespresso coffee machine, a cooking island, and a combination microwave, along with a double hand-basin. There is an additional shower/bidet/WC and a separate WC. The apartment has heating and a combination of parquet and natural stone floors.
