”I liked everything about this apartment/hotel. Staff is very friendly. Everything is super clean. When you request an Uber, it arrives immediately. Just down the street there is an excellent restaurant. A.C. works well. I would definitely stay here again. I was a solo female and felt very safe.”

”The hotel staff are very helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and has all amenities.
I didn’t eat at the hotel but they do offer a limited range of food and beverages. Albaik is across the road and a large mall is close by. I would recommend taking a cab to the mall although it is close because the roads are very busy.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was a pleasing experience.”

”The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel.
The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,”

”The hotel was small but elegant, with everything being digital, which I really loved. The room was very clean and well-kept. The only thing I would change is the view, as mine faced a wall, but overall it was a great stay. Friendly staff. Thank you! ”

”Staff were very helpful and polite. I will name the staff memberd we became familiar with- Yousef, Saeed, Naif, Ahmed, Mohamed, Sharif and Jameel. There was also 1 female and 1 male staff member at the breakfast buffet every morning who made my children feel welcome and comfortable- thank you. The manager Saeed upgraded us to a bigger room as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel is very clean. The children loved staying here.
