There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. ”The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues.”

When Expedia called to ensure the rest of the week reservations, without requesting a refund for the first night, the property cancelled the entire reservation and informed them that I would not receive a refund for the entire week. Book at your own risk if you are flying because if your flight is delayed, this property...

”The Good: The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The Bad: We stayed there for three nights and the first floor smelled of marijuana every day. We stayed on the second floor and when we walked down the stairs, because there is no elevator, the smell of pot would hit you every time. If you have accessibility issues I hope they give you a first floor room becausethe stairs are steep and there is no elevator. I can live with an outdated room, but there was dirt and dust in many places...
