”The kitchen isn’t suitable for cooking because most of the equipment is old. The utensils were dirty, and there were no extra trash bags provided. They should invest a little more in updating the equipment and improving the bedding, as the polyester sheets were very uncomfortable to sleep on.”

”The room was well-maintained, and the staff was helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, the hotel is next to the freeway AND train tracks, making it very loud all night long. ”

”The biggest downside is that it sits about 5 feet off of the freeway, so regardless of room location you’re going to hear the freeway noise all night long. (But I think that’s the exact same as every other hotel in the area.) I played a white noise track on my phone and that made it bearable. Breakfast was ok— they’re trying to be fancy with two “high-tech” digital touchscreen coffee machines and that was causing long-a$$ line— but you also have a coffeemaker in your room. ”

”The property was clean, but tired. The carpet was stained and a bit "crunchy"- like the carpet had been cleaned one too many times. Air conditioning/heating was great. Staff was great. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Seemed pretty overpriced to me, but service was good.”

”The place is very pretty and everything is new but the room and bathroom were not so clean and the conditioner was empty i asked the maid for help with it and i got told that she already had cleaned it more than what i asked before... because i asked before and give me a bottle to put it myself.And because of her attitud i wasn't comfortable with her in my room with my personal stuff and with my kids stuff.
