”N&P is comfort and luxury at its finest in Big Bear. The art deco is modern, the rooms are decorated like a 5-star hotel. We had a total of 10 ppl and it was spacious for everyone to stay. The private BBQ patio in the back was the highlight! Also the large community tables were the best to gather many ppl together”
”This place was outstanding! We loved having a living area, a bedroom, and a kitchen, not to mention the porch out back. Staff is around all the time and responded to our requests immediately. Cant recommend this place enough.”

”A little outdated, but the couches were old, worn out, and in need of replacement. Bare minimal toiletries, best to bring your own. Beds were comfortable. Trash has to be taken to a disposal site more than 10 mins away. ”

- cobwebs everywhere! Upon entry, I walked into multiple cobwebs. The place was dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time.
- both patio decks were filthy. They were so dirty that they were unusable. Especially the grill.
- The house was extremely hot! Both upstairs and downstairs were like a furnace. Even with opening doors and windows, it was an oven. Do not come here, especially in the summer.
-Towels were dirty with dust marks on...
