”Great cozy place to stay for the weekend ! Just recommend bringing your own blankets but overall I will be back!”

”Great stay”

”What a great cabin. Super close to everything, comfortably appointed, and easy to check in & out. ”

”The room was very clean, and super comfortable. The weather was rainy and cold, inside the room was quiet and cozy. The heater works well. There’s plenty of parking and a restaurant downstairs that opens at 7am. The restaurant has a large menu at very reasonable prices. This was a perfect stay, will return”

”Check in is at 3. We arrived at 4. They tried to give us a queen room and told us it was a king. We had to wait over an hour for them to clean a king room for us. The staff was helpful however the lodge was VERY understaffed.”

”Our staying was amazing, everything is super clean, beds are nice a little bit stiff but I slept super good. So no issues, i just recommend to add a coffee maker and microwave, we have to ask our neighbors so we can reheat pizza. Overall nice place definitely we are considering coming back soon. Thanks”

”Clean .. very clean and enough parking. My tv wasn’t working I called and came right away and fixed it.”

”The cabin is in a great location right by the resort. It does need some attention though as the rooms are freezing and there were no space heaters. The big heater only heats the hallway and kitchen so bring something to keep warm at night in the bedrooms. The shower barely works, most of the water fills the tub and doesn’t come out of the shower head. Also there is very limited hot water so if you have more than 2 people staying here showering can be time consuming while you wait for the heater...

”Big Bear Lake was a great getaway for our much needed family vacation. Our cabin was very cozy and charming. We had all the amenities we needed. Great location. Close to the Lake, hiking, shopping, & dining. ”

”very quiet and very peaceful had a great time for Father’s Day”

”The cabin is quite run down. The closet door in the master was broken and there were no hangers to hang anything. Everything was very tired and had seen better days. It felt like we were camping. The highlight for us was the jacuzzi and the football table, which we enjoyed as a family. Needs an update for the price. ”

”There was a mouse in the cabin, we called for support ,maintenance was sent and placed glue traps behind the stove. Not the experience I was expecting for my husband’s birthday weekend. we actually only slept at cabin one night instead of two that were paid off due to this inconvenience.”

”Place was clean in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable.”
